When I first called Mr. Chamberlin I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge from the start. They were polite, respectful and professional during the entire process. They showed up early and cleaned up any mess they made, always being careful to not create a mess in the new house. Any issues or concerns found were explained in depth, so that anyone could understand the issue, no matter what their personal knowledge base was.
although they might not be the cheapest, you get what you pay for here. This is a father/son team so you are getting 2 inspectors for the price of one. The final report was professional and very easy to read and interpret. It also includes pictures for reference. I highly recommend these gentlemen for your home inspection needs!
