 + 0 moreOverall, the service went well. It is a rental house. The person who was supposed to do rental management didn't carry his part of the work. We were very happy with the job Benedict did. The price was fair. The guy worked time and materials. He gave weekly summary details and shared the expenditure. The floor looks like wood grain, but it is an artificial laminate. My sister visited the place and she was happy with the end result. The punctuality was excellent.
Description of Work: Benedict Quality Painting And Remodeling did the complete bathroom remodeling and put the floor throughout the main living level of the house. They put the boards around the perimeter.

Description of Work: total demo and remodel new toliet vanity and marbel shower with new tub sheet rocked walls textured and painted new floor tiled with laquried and stained woodwork through out dave and dan were very professional and finished in a timely manner beautiful job love my new bathroom
