USA Water Restoration

Eli and his crew did a remarkable job on restoring my kitchen .. They willingly took in account all my concerns and wishes for the restoration.. All the people that worked on this project were kind and respectful! I get so many compliments on my new kitchen. I would absolutely recommend Eli to anyone who needs help with a restoration .

USA Construction & Remodeling workers were top notch. They went to work, no messing and got the job. I was treated with the utmost respect. Never being in this situation before, the workers answered all my questions; so I understood what they were doing. I would USA Construction & Remodeling again on my next project. Contacted USA Water Restoration when a pipe burst in our house from freezing. I contacted them based on a recommendation from a friend, who was also going through a similar situation from a burst pipe due to freezing. Elijah was extremely helpful and even contacted a plumber for us, who was also fantastic and came out that evening to fix the pipe and get our water turned back on. Elijah came out the next day to start the demo/drying process and explained everything to us along the way. We were not familiar with the insurance claim process, but he helped walk us through the process while also explaining what to expect from the insurance company. Having a quality, professional, and reliable water restoration company who routinely deals with the insurance companies, has helped make a difficult situation a little easier to deal with. I would gladly recommend them to others and already have several times.

The hard working, diligent, honest people at USA has caused me to rate this company (which I generally don’t take the time to do)… they are very meticulous and efficient and best of all, they know how to deal with insurance companies. We are very happy.

Eli and his team were amazing. We had a major flood and he was very responsive. This was especially appreciated since there was a lot of damage in the area due to storms. But Eli got right on it and did a very thorough job of drying out. our very flooded home. Eli was always on time, professional, and polite. We will use him again for our next Flood!!
