PR Septic Service

Very well, as always. We have used this company for our home and business properties for many years. They don't pump the tank, so they referred us to the companies that do. A few months ago we had the company survey our drain field with flags to inform potential house buyers.

On time and budget

Repaired my system by adding a riser to my secondary chamber.Nate was very well organized and seemed to have every angle figured out. They arrived when they said they would and charged what they said they would.Nate is a hard worker and I would trust him with any job he said he could do.

Pat told me what needed to be done during my septic inspections, and gives me tips on saving money in keeping my septic system working properly.

We were very impressed with PR. We were referred to them by a trustworthy source and also found them on the health department's list of approved certified septic locate companies. The health department required the location of our septic. We were on a deadline due to permitting issues and PR Septic Service came out within two days. The owner worked very fast and did hard physical labor in order to locate the septic. He was very thorough and advised us on maintenance, etc. He filed the report with the health department that evening per our request due to time constraints. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Pat was prompt, professional, a straight shooter, and recommended a great company that also did a good job pumping the septic tank. And today, when I called him for some help on getting a copy of the inspection, I called and he called me back within 10 minutes, walked me through where to find the report, and made sure I had everything I needed. That's the kind of service that is hard to find. All around, a GREAT experience. (note: cost of service listed in this review was estimated as I do not have a copy of the receipt handy but I recall it being very affordable and reasonable).

It was great piece of mine to have that fixed the same day.

Pat has been inspecting our system, which is required annually here in Clark Co., for 5 or 6 years. He is very knowledgeable, honest and efficient. He also is careful to explain what's going on with a system. He is good at quickly and accurately diagnosing and solving problems. I'd give him A+ if I could. I don't know why anyone would hire anyone else to inspect or repair their septic system.

Very prompt,professional and knowledgeable. I would not use any other company for my septic services.
