Jeff responded quickly to my inquiry. He quickly diagnosed the problem and rewired the system. His work was stellar, neat and thorough. Solid communication along the way. I would highly recommend Mr. Sprinkler for any sprinkler system needs!!!

He did show me how to program the controller which is a plus. He went quickly over adjusting the heads (but for me it was to quickly). He did not spend any time making sure the sprinkers were proving full coverage in both the front and back yard.

Jeff has done our backflow testing for years and we've never had an issue, but over a month ago I spoke with him and set up a day to do some repairs. When the day came, I called (he'd told me he couldn't set a time when we'd agreed to the repair day) in the early afternoon to see what time he might be here. Not only were we not on the schedule, but he had no recollection of our conversation at all. He made me feel like I'd made the whole thing up. My appointment is now 5 weeks out. Very unprofessional and dissapointing.

Always well done with a minimum of worry when Jim's on the job. His pricing is reasonable and based on the work he performs.

The person did not show up. Was scheduled for noon. Left work to go home, and by 12:23 I called their office asking for an ETA. After 40 minutes of waiting, I went back to work. Received a call from Jeff (owner) at 1:15 returning my call. I told him Alex was a no show. Jeff responded by saying he was not a "no show," that they never promise a time, but rather a window of "mid-day." He said Alex was stuck on another job. I suggested a phone call is professional courtesy. He said, "yeah, it's kind of tricky." No effort to reschedule or give me a time when Alex could come out until I pushed. Jeff was willing to come out today, but it conflicts with a work meeting. His attitude on the phone was not customer friendly. Looking for someone else to do the work.

Jeff did return my call and left a message indicating that he was not interested in providing a quote at this time as he is booked out for a month or two. It appears that he has enough business and is not interested in any new business. I provided a grade because it is required. It is really not applicable. Jeff can choose which business he wants or not due to capacity or other reason. I am not certain the company should be on Angie's List if not accepting new business. What is the point?

They changed out my sprinklers to drip(covering each of my 80 plants in my 120 foot slope and also checked all lawn sprinklers,repaired 2 and replaced 2 and did some pipe work.

Called the owner, Jeff Lancaster on a Thursday afternoon. Though it was past his office hours, he answered the phone and said he could be out early the following morning. He showed up EXACTLY when he said he would, so no waiting around in an awkward pacing situation like homeowners have to do for contractors. He quickly identified the problem, excavated the broken line and replaced the valve and broken pipe in a pretty tight area, next to a retaining wall. He was easy to talk with and obviously knows his business. This guy is a professional! I will hire him again when I need work on this or any sprinkler system I own. Review by Chuck Miller.

He is the kind of person you can call. He returns your call and he comes. He is reliable and will get the job done. Personable and efficient.

Used the last three years. I have actually never seen them, but we have played phone tag. They come, I assume do the job, and once paid notify the City that the job is complete. That makes it super easy for me! I will continue to use them.

Mr. Sprinkler (Jeff) does my sprinkler test every year. All I have to do is call and he does the rest including submitting the backflow test results to the city. This last year I also had him do an estimate for a sprinkler system on another property. Although we're not having it done this year, when the time comes I'll be giving Jeff a call.

The owner Jeff is great, he was very helpful in getting our system back online. He was honest and knowledgeable.

I called and they were able to come out the next day. That morning they called to let me know they would be 5 minutes late. Five minutes, are you kidding me, no one does that, but huge kudos to Mr. Sprinkler!!! Thank you for that call, I was totally impressed. The two gentlemen arrived and I showed them what was happening with my sprinkling system. They determined what the problem was (broken pipe) and fixed it right away. They also replaced a sprinkler head to gain maximum coverage. They did not require payment at the time of the service and I received an invoice a few days later. They were punctual, professional, and made sure my system was working correctly. Prior to arrival, they even tried to trouble shoot my problem over the phone so that I would have the opportunity of solving the problem and saving the expense of a service call. I can't say enough about this company. Well done. I would hire them again.

Jeff was very nice and quoted us a max of maybe $1600.00 to do what we wanted. It would depend on what he found. He was very busy and explained he could not get to us right away. We were fine with that, we decided late after others had called. His crew was very polite, fast and professional. We were surprised when we received the bill at how reasonable it was. The work was wonderful. I will call him again when I need work.

He was good. He's in Angie's List that's we picked him. He was the same as the others.
