Description of Work: Walls had been stripped of wallpaper. Madsen smoothed and refinished all the walls. In some cases he plastered.

+ -1 moreWe'd gotten several bids, and his was the best, but more than that, I really liked his manner. He was very professional, was very nice and patient about the fact that I kept thinking of new things to ask him and called him a number of times, and when my contractor had questions he wanted me to ask, he not only answered them well, but took the time to explain to me about the different grades/levels of finish we could choose from and the differences for me that I might want to think about for future repairs, etc. He did what he said, was prompt, did very nice work, and he protected the floors entirely while he worked (something that was very important to us.) Good experience overall.
Description of Work: We're building out a commercial space, about 2000 sq feet in the part where he worked. The drywall was already in place but just had the fire tape - it still needed the mud to get it ready for paint, and he did all of the mudwork.
