POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I hired Jones Landscaping to do some drainage work in the backyard. When they came to do the work, Brett was going to remove a drainage pipe that I told Brett that was working great and showed him the drains and pipe location upon the day of the estimate. Had to stop Brett from damaging the drainages pipe and drains, And I had to ask Brett to make adjustments to the estimate for work that they should not be doing. After his workers put in the new drainages they used dirt that had clam shells in the dirt. I asked one of the workers about the clam shell in the dirt and he said he was told to use the dirt from an old job they just did. I guess they needed to get rid of the clam shell dirt some place. I told Bratt that this will not work, I have dogs and they will dig it up and I asked Brett to remove the dirt and he said with a HARD NO. Days later he said he would remove the dirt only if he could put the dirt in the front yard. A different job. Before they put dirt over the drainages they put 1'' - 2" rock over / under the pipe, great. I guess they had more than they needed because they just put the extra rock along my garden fence. see pics Text Brett and ask if you are going to put grass seed down location you dugout. Brett text back and said you want grass seed? Are you kidding me, it's part of the job.

Our interaction with Jones was disappointing. I expected better since they maintain our association common area and I thought we would make great clients. An appointment for an estimate was set for Monday. We received a all Monday saying they were double booked and asked to move to Wednesday. We left work early Wednesday only to have the individual no-call, no-show. We called the office and left a message. About an hour after the appointment time, the estimator left a message saying they were running late and could only come over after they picked up their child. Nobody from the office ever returned the call and we decided not to move forward with their services. While I can appreciate the need to care for a child, our first two interactions told us that we would be chasing them down and that our time was not important to them. A timely call would have been appreciated.

We had a very rough winter and had some trees broken and they took the initiative to take the limbs with them. They are very good about making sure the gates are closed when they leave so the dog cant get out. They speak very good English no language barriers which is very important.

First of all getting crawl space work done during the coldest days of the year is a challenge for any company. When record rainfall caused damage to our heating system the project needed to be done timely so we could get the heating system repaired as well. Brett Jones and his crew in my opinion are the best out there. The project took three days from start to finish. Their work was well planned out and communicated. They took care in protecting the house and most impressive worked very hard getting it done as promised so we could get our heat back online. They also made sure everything was cleaned up before they left each day. As you can imagine this type of work is labor intensive and after getting a couple of bids we found Jones Landscaping was the most reasonable and cost effective. If you are thinking about hiring someone for this type of work I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.

Their response was terrible.I arranged 3 visits , one for a quote and when no-one turned up to supply that , I agreed to a time and materials basis for which 2 further dates were agreed. I never received any visit on the agreed dates and did not receive any advance notification that they were not able to meet the agreed timetable.There is something far wrong with this company's organization and office. They are always charming on the phone but there is no substance whatsoever to their commitments. In summary , totally unprofessional and best avoided if you actually belive that a compnay should turn up on an agreed date .

It went like clock-work. This company has done 2 patios for me, each one perfectly set with the pavers and in this last job, creating a wonderful sculpted, flowing design. It is beautiful. Every year they also do my spring lawn work, like mulching and seeding and fertilizing the lawn. They also have put down brick as a boarder along the lawn, installed a french drain in part of my lawn to keep that part of the lawn from flooding. They installed my front, side and back yard sprinkler system a few years ago, and maintain it each year.

Brett and his crew showed up on time and immediately got to work. They performed the work fast and to a level higher than my expectation. They cleared everything out and cleaned up the area after they were completed. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend to anyone.

We used them for a big job in our backyard three years ago. I have used them several times. I would recommend them for landscape or planting. They were here when they said and they did a good job. They cleaned up afterwards. Their price is pretty fair.

The guy does an excellent job. If I need any help he will come over. What's funny is that I haven't seen him in two years but when you guys put him on my Angie's List we got reconnected. He lives about twenty five miles away from me but as far as ratings, the guy does an excellent job. He used to do all my houses. In the future when summer gets back in here, we will have him back. I only went on there to look up someone and that's where I got him. It's been seven years since I last used him. I will have to get him to come do one of my houses so I can rate him. The last time it cost seven grand but that was for three and a half acres, full sprinkler, the whole landscaping, that's cheap.

We have used Jones Landscaping for years and we have always had a wonderful experience. They are professional and helpful. I know I can count on them to make our yard look beautiful year after year.

It went absolutely well even to the point where today I was getting ready to call them, they haven't come out and check my back flow valve because the city requires it and when I went to get the number off of the desk, they showed up to do it, that's how good they are. I have gotten service where they were doing what they said and doing it as quickly as it should be done, it was excellent.

I was really happy with the work. He has great employees. They are really hardworking, professional men and they work quickly. I was very impressed.

They were a top floor operation. Brett works well with the foreman and the crew. I had no issues with them they did everything they said and more.

They did a lot of work. Brett Jones is the owner. He is very knowledgeable and very hands-on. He and his crew were very easy to work with. They were very agreeable to any changes or anything. They are an excellent company. I would explain what we wanted and explain our budget, and he worked very well in adjusting the work and the price of the work so that we could get almost everything we wanted pretty close to our budget. He was very motivated to help us get what we wanted for a price that we were comfortable with. He also did work for my sister-in-law. Working with them was just a very pleasant experience. I'm very happy with the company. I would highly recommend them.

His bid was comparable in cost. I had trouble getting back to him for scheduling.

They were excellent. They were very prompt and here when they said they would be. They came out right away when I called them and set things up. They were just very professional and did a good job. The price was very competitive.
