The work turned out alright, however service could be improved as far as communication. There were some issues, but when I spoke with Kirk about them, he responded right away, and resolved things to my satisfaction.

The work was great and they took enormous care to not trash the highly delicate and designer garden, which was very important to me.They provided a significant amount of information to me so that I could make an informed decision. A supervisor (not sure of his title) came back to see how I liked the work. I did have a couple of concerns, and he fixed them right away for me. Pleasant experience.
