Ibex is the company I use when I need roofing-- I have used them multiple times on many properties. They have been very helpful in finding difficult leaks and other issues.

Ibex did a really marvelous job on our roof- great quality work, on schedule, super clean up- all of our neighbors ended up using Ibex too- highly recommended.

This is my first roof replacement, a task that I have been dreading ever since a roofing representative drove by and asked if I was interested in having it replaced more than 6 years ago. Since then I have had more than a dozen others mention that it is time to replace my 22 year old roof. I obtained 6 estimates and found that IBEX roofing was by far the best value. Every phase of the process with IBEX was made painless by the knowledgeable and helpful employees, ranging from my estimator, the support staff in the office, the foreman on site, and his crew. They brought the project in on time and under the planned budget. The work crew took it upon themselves to add some flashing to a facia board that I had to have replaced as water had caused it to rot out, even though this was not included in the estimate. In addition, the foreman noticed the flashing they had for the fireplace was not going to provide the best water barrier so he secured the existing flashing and ordered a more expensive flashing to be installed. Since we did not know for certain how many sheets of plywood would be needed to make repairs until after the shingles were removed, they provided a credit from the original bid for the unused pieces of plywood. I cannot recommend them any stronger. If you do the homework like I did, you will find that they are the best value out their.

Quality, value, pride in ones work, and customer service is still alive and well as I found, Duane and Ibex roofing. Projects finished on time, AND on budget. Appointments confirmed via email, phone calls from, Duane when he was perhaps to arrive earlier than expected. Can’t say too many good things about our experience. Been searching long and hard to find a reliable and honest roofing contractor, and we found them in Ibex. Will definitely use them again.

I had a full roof replacement which included removing one layer of asphalt shingles plus the original cedar shake and then installing the new roof from the decking to the final asphalt shingles. Ibex kept me informed on the scheduling and then checked in to see if I had any questions or concerns. The foreman and his team arrived on time, worked hard and were very pleasant to work with. They particularly took care to protect the shrubs and plants around my home as they removed the old shingles and checked to make sure that everything was picked up. I highly recommend Ibex because not only did they do an outstanding job but also because they will be there to handle any problems that arise over the years.

Duane was very professional, did a quote and worked on it a couple of days later. he repaired a leaky roof.

Ibex provided a great experience all around. After setting up a consult Sam came to our house and gave us a quote right then and there. Once we decided to go with them the roof replacement was scheduled quickly, and once it started the crew finished the entire project in one day. The entire process was open and honest and communication was constant. We highly recommend Ibex!

The folks here were polite, responsive, and did exactly what I asked them to do, without trying to upsale me or talk me into something else. I would definitely call them again!

Minimum charge of $375 for 1 hour on the job seems to be a bit high.

It was very expensive for 2 hours of work (incl. estimate), 5 ridge shingles, partial gutter cleaning and moss defense material, but they were efficient, very polite and Johnny on the Spot and left no mess behind.

I learened a great deal about roofing from their sales person, Kurt. The crew came on time. The foreman kept me informed throughout the various phases of the project. Any questions I had were answered fully. Both the foreman and I reviewed the contract together so that we both understood what was agreed on and what was required. The crew worked efficiently and safely. The foreman assured me that the quality of the work performed by each member of the crew met his and the company's high standard. Based on what I saw when the project was completed I had to agree. They truly take pride in their workmanship. The whole crew took part in the clean up and it was thorough. Well done and thank you! Travis was on time and kept me abreast of the work that was needed. The leak was hard to find but he indicated to me that he guarantee's his work and to call him if I had any concerns. If I have another roof issue I would definatly call him.
