Andy was very flexible and easy to work with. Answered all my questions. Performed install quickly and efficiently. Cleaned everything up afterwards. He was very friendly and pleasant. I felt I could trust him. I only have one negative, Tried to sell us an additional item during the install claiming it was required. If required, you should include it in your price and install it if needed. If not needed give the customer a discount and they will be even happier.
