Brandon and his team are excellent! He is extremely knowledgeable and determined to help solve your rodent and pest problems. I have small dogs and was concerned about exposure, but before I could raise the concern Brandon took extra measures to ensure that my pets are safe. His team is friendly and always show up on time or early. I was offered an annual plan, which seemed reasonable priced, and Brandon has adjusted the strategy based on my individual needs with no changes to my rate. Asher came out to estimate and inspect the smelly crawlspace. He showed us many photos showing how bad the problem was, and skillfully explained the company philosophy of rat control, directly tied into the science of rat behavior. These people are very educated on crawlspace science as well as rodent issues and how to properly deal with them. Unfortunately, it's impossible to recover from rats in one day. It takes at least a month of baiting and training the rats to effectively repel/remove/kill them all. After a month, the team came back and removed all 6 moisture barriers, insulation, ducts and scads of dead rats. They thoroughly cleaned the crawlspace, replaced the moisture barrier, reinstalled the sump pump (the rats had chewed the wires) and installed clean new insulated ducts. We previously had estimates from several crawlspace companies (Crawlpro and John's Waterproofing) that were wanting to clean up the crawlspace and replace it without dealing with the rat problem. John's Waterproofing wanted to encapsulate the entire crawlspace to the tune of $16K, with no plan for the rats, even though there were tunnels along the sewer line bringing a steady stream of the nasty rodents. GetSmart will guarantee no more rat intrusions for as long as you own the house (with regular inspections) They charged $600 to eradicate the rats, and $9000 to rebuild the crawlspace.

Brandon and his crew are on top of their game. They have studied the logic as to how rats think and move. This allows them to strategically place bait stations that move the activity away from the house. This is the fourth exterminator we have hired. I assure you, you need not look any further.

The team did a quality job and I am very happy with the end result. There was some delay in the beginning because of family obligations but they made up for it eventually. Great company to work with!

Raccoon problem The service gentleman came out and they do not do raccoons but they sat with us for about an hour and explain to us what we need to do in order to frighten them away and talked to us about the concept of raccoons and how they come back to their birthplace. They were very very informative and had positive attitudes. Yes I will hire them again I referred them to a friend already. Great company!

Excellently! Raccoons had nested in between our subroofs and had left urine and feces all over the roof. Get Smart closed off all potential entryways for raccoons to nest on roof. Raccoons gone! They then sanitized the entire roof. Important with a 2-yo and 4-yo at home. Great job! Roughly 1.5 years later, our roof became a "latrine" for local raccoons. Not living there, just visiting at night and littering the roof with feces and urine. It was a mess. Get Smart used a series of humane tactics to keep raccoons from coming onto our roof at all. They monitored and viewed as activity decreased to 0. They then sanitized the roof to remove all raccoon feces and urine. No raccoons harmed in either process. Brandon (owner) and Get Smart stopped by frequently to monitor, and we also are extremely happy with their services for rodent, opossum and ant control. Brandon is an animal and insect behavioralist and expert, predicts and counters their next moves, and is incredibly smart, effective and humane in all practices. I'd highly recommend them for all pest control needs. Our trust is such that we now have them on a seasonal retainer to monitor and help make our home more comfortable, as we continue to reside on land native to insects and wild animals! Cannot recommend this business highly enough!

Get Smart is the most oringal externatior in the ptld metro area. I called for a raccoon removal from under my house originally, which they did promptly even tho it was a mom and 2 babies that were stubborn.Then the job turned into a rat removal job, which the raccoon let in which we've had on going problems due to restaurants and etc close to our property. Get Smart is the only bussiness that handles raccoon removal during breeding season and does not kill them or use traps.

I have had 2 exterminators before this one and still had raccoon problems. They set traps and never caught anything. Brandon and his crew cleaned out and disinfected the crawl space. (A very big messy job) He explained how this would no longer attract the critters and I haven't seen or heard any more raccoons. Thank you Brandon!

Brandon was awesome. He quickly found how the raccoon had been accessing our crawlspace, and was able to determine that the raccoon had a created a nest for her baby raccoons under our house. We appreciated the humane approach Brandon incorporated while still being extremely thorough. He and Robbie have been back for follow ups and have properly closed off all the access points into our crawlspace and house. Having any rodent or unwanted animal in (or under) your house can be very disturbing and frustrating for normal home owners that don’t know how to deal with them. Brandon and his son Asher were both professional and knowledgeable. As you can imagine it’s not a pleasant experience learning your family home is infested with dear mice! This is a family ran business and they treat you like family. They are caring and knowledgeable and concerned about your problem. They went above and beyond and visited us on the weekends and late evenings ( best for our schedule) and took care of the problem. I’ll recommend them to anyone that is faced with infestations.

Brandon and his team are punctual, informed and efficient. They have been doing my pest management maintenance for awhile now and we have not had an issue with rodents since they started up. With our quarterly visits it keeps the insects down and when we have had an issue in between visits they were prompt and took care of our needs quickly.

He is very thorough, he checks on the attic and crawlspaces, so as the bait stations outside the house.
