Description of Work: Rob came to my apartment complex and did basic turn maintenance for the 2 units. He changed the locks, checked out the appliances, replaced an element in a stove, repaired a toilet, rebuilt 2 ceiling fans, and replaced some refrigerator parts. He also helped me fill in holes my painter had not prepared and touched up paint in one of the units that was not painted satisfactorily by another provider. He is very polite and soft-spoken and always arrives early by a few minutes. He is willing to work me in within a short period of time and his prices are very fair. I will continue to use his services.
