Quotation process was very prompt, with no high pressure. E-mailed quote was sent within 2 days of in-person visit. Painting occurred within a week of my acceptance of the quote. Crew took about 90 minutes to pressure wash the house on day one, with all painting (heavy single coat for the body, two coats for the trim) done on day two by 5-man crew. Crew even delayed by one day the actual painting, because of the threat of rain (something many contractors are loathe to do). Crew was very tidy, no mess or spills, and no damage to flowers or shrubs. Everyone seemed to know exactly what they were doing, and job was very efficient. Only negative: I believe strongly that a "best practice" is when the painting contractor and actual crew chief do a quick walk-through with the homeowner before leaving the job site. While the walk-through occurred, it was several days later, and not with the crew chief present. Overall, I would rate my satisfaction as "A-".

The painters and owner were very unprofessional. They used our fridge, vacuum, microwave and other appliances while we were gone. The doors were not reinstalled correctly. There are also many colts and screws missing now. The owner tried to give us a different invoice at the end, one we had never seen before. She couldn't explain why it was different from the copy we had. She also copy/pasted our electronic signature to documents that we had never even seen. When confronted, she acted clueless. TERRIBLE company!!!
