The cleaning was well done, timely, and it looks nice, however this company will scam you if given the opportunity. I will not hire them again and want to warn others. They cleaned my carpet July 11, 2017 and the bill was $286. The price they gave me over the phone when I scheduled was $211. They aren't the lease expensive in town but they did a great job the summer of 2016 for $196. My carpet wasn't any dirtier than it was last summer. The problem is they appear to be scamming people now. I wasn't home and my wife didn't know what to expect and they scammed us for sure. How does a price change from $196 to $286? They charged me $30 for a hallway (hallway was included in bedroom price last time), $45 for an unnecessary "biological treatment", and $15 for water disposal fee. Hey Zerorez of Tri-Cities, I know my carpets were dirty and could use a professional cleaning, that's why I called your company-to have my carpets cleaned; not a CSI forensic analysis with your black lights to see if there might be biological material. I have three kids, I know there might be a little biological material in the house. It's not like our carpets were even that bad, we have a house cleaner that comes every other week. Your company was good last summer, now your scamming people. I had to call three times before I was connected to a manager. I gave you an opportunity to make it right and you simply wouldn't. I hope a lot of people see this.

The carpet cleaning was great. Charged extra for larger room size which wasn't expected or clearly noted on the website. Why too many attempts to sell more services.

It was a great experience. The technician arrived on time and offered to use the black light around the house to find particularly difficult stains in the carpet. This was great because we had 2 cats at the time and he found a urine spot I didn't even know about. The cleaning only took about 2.5 hours! It was so nice to have it done so quickly since I'm a stay at home mother of 3 children. The technician was polite and quick and efficient with his carpet cleaning and I thought the price was great for the work done. I would definitely use them again.

He was so thorough and wonderful to work with. He said that he had worked for Zero.Rez for about ten years in Spokane and they had sent him to the Tri-Cities to open a new store. I told him that we could really use a business like theirs because they restored blankets,cleaned grout with a special machine and regrouted as well. He went on to tell me about a machine they have that completely rejuvenates carpet. He used a light to find urine spots and was able to treat them. Since the urine spots were under furn-iture we hadn't moved since we had moved in, we had to pay extra but were reimbursed by the manager. The carpets came out cleaner than I've ever seen them and they were dry right away! It was a pleasure to do business with this company and we will do so in the future. We've recommended them to many,many people and will continue to do so.

The work they did was fantastic. Everything they do is eco-friendly. They just clean everything.
