Great!! We just bought a house in the tri cities area and needed our bathroom remodeled. I looked on Google first, we called several contractors and got many estimates but my wife didn’t like any of them. We decided we’d try Angie’s list and The Lucas Firm was one of the first contractors highly recommended. Richard contacted me the very same day and gave us an estimate, plus many ideas on how to make our dream a reality. My wife picked him after he’d been at our house about 5 minutes. After talking it over we both decided that night to hire The Lucas Firm to do our bathroom remodel. We could not be happier! We went from an almost unusable,70s era bathroom to the nicest bathroom in the house! It’s probably the nicest room overall in the house. We are already planning on them to do another bathroom in our house. Just great all around experience with them.

It went very well and they did a good work.

Richard did a terrific job remodeling the entire downstairs, bathrooms, tub, tile(both floor and wall tile) and more.

It was wonderful. They did it in a good time, and walk me through the step they were taking and everything that they're doing. They took the time to make sure it was done well.

Richard arrives on time and puts in a whole days honest work. I trust Richard with my personal home and business’ without hesitation . His team maintains a clean safe working environment and even remodeled my personal home while four people two dogs and a cat were living there. I also have several friends and family that have also enjoyed working with The Lucas Firm.

Richard was an incredible find. His meticulous attention to detail and thorough work procedures were above reproach. Richard professionally painted and installed two large barn doors, finished off some casing work and also installed/repaired portions of my hardwood floors. He was extremely knowledgeable in the various projects he assisted me with in my home and he would always make himself available via phone or text message at any time of the day if I had a question. I would hire him again without a second thought!

They did an excellent job. I’ll have them paint again in a heartbeat! They left the job site clean each day and my house looks AWESOME!!! Very dependable and so polite as well.

It was a fantastic job !!! Richard patched any places he needed to prior to painting. His attention to detail, contact with me promptly if I had any questions, and pride in his work was superb. I have had other individuals over the years to do various painting jobs. Master's Touch is a fitting name. The results exceeded all my expectations. Love it !

The final product looks amazing. By himself he did all the repair work, painted the exterior body, trim and accent color of the house. It took a little longer than expected, and i have to say again, my house looks amazing. You can tell he gave the job the detail that it needed. Thank you Richard, for a job well done!

Richard is very detail orientated. The job took a little longer than expected, since he does not contract the work out. When he came across a bug situation, he handled it & didn't just cover it up. My house was in pretty bad shape when he started and now it is absolutely beautiful!
