No cutting corners, no hidden charges that show up later, nothing to make me doubt the trust I place in these folks to do things the right way, just like they have been doing for me for the last 15 years. I give Richland Auto Care Center my highest recommendation for quality work performed and backed by highly trained technicians and management of impeccable integrity.

+ -1 moreJeep wouldn't start. Mid-day I called shop to ask if they could look at it that afternoon and they said yes. Had Jeep towed to shop; arrived about 2:15pm. Received estimate within 45 mins and they had already confirmed they could get the part and have it done same day. Work was done within a couple hours. Because I couldn't get back there by closing, I paid via phone and picked it up later that evening. Very pleasant staff! Couldn't ask for better service.

Excellent. An automobile built in 1954 has it own issues and the folks at Richland Auto Care Center know how to handle those issues.
Description of Work: I take most of my autos to Richland Auto Care Center. The best service I ever had from them was for my 1954 Corvette. Since this is a classic car, I would not trust just anyone to work on it. The owner of Richland Auto Care took extra special care of my car and tutored me in how to keep it in the best possible shape. The service provided was well beyond what you would expect from an auto repair center. I inherited the car and have since sold it, but the folks at Richland Auto Care Center kept it running for me for over 3 years.

+ -1 moreI couldn't believe how much it cost! The car still ran rough, I called them to check into it...they wanted to charge another $50. After a long and irritated conversation, they agreed to run diagnostics at no charge. They discovered a faulty spark plug and replaced it at no charge. I felt they were overpriced...I have not used them since.
Description of Work: The car was running rough so I took it in for diagnostics. They told me it needed a tune-up, I had them go ahead with the tune up.
