Description of Work: Located and pumped septic

Description of Work: Ray's Twilight Service originally pumped our septic tank in about 2007 and, as I remember, the service was very good. What I remember most recently is the help; they provided by phone under two recent circumstances, both related to the septic tank. (1) An alarm sounded in the garage and I, (recently widowed), did not know what the alarm was about. I learned, through some calls, that it pertained to the engineered septic tank so I called Ray's Twilight Service. He said it probably was an electrical problem - not that the tank needed pumping. He told me that they did not do electrical work but referred me to a company who did that work on septic tanks. That worked out very well. (2)Most recently, the drain in the basement backed up water and dirt. I called Ray's, thinking that the septic must need pumping. Over the phone, he said it was probably that the filter needed to be removed and cleaned and he told me where it could be found in the back yard. I had a plumber here that same day to do some work upstairs and told him. He went out and bailed out the water in the septic, pulled out the filter, washed it off and that fixed the back up. I will certainly call Ray's Twilight Service when the septic really needs pumping.
