Poseidon painted the exterior of our house at the end of the season. They started and finished when they promised. The crew cleaned up every day before they left the job. When the final coat unexpectedly attracted gnats that left some areas of the finish speckled, Ken buffed them all out and repainted them. We were very pleased with how the job turned out.

Ken and his crew are awesome! He has great customer service was quick to come over with a bid and schedule us. Unlike many contractors, Poseidon is timely, has quality prep work, spectacular finish work and clearly is proud of their job. They truly want their customer to be happy. I am not trying to sound sales pitchy, but we are truly happy and are already having neighbors asking us for their number.

The job was done in the time estimated. The work was completed as requested and done very neatly.

The painting was well done in the least amount of time possible.

They applied two coats of Rodda Cover Coat paint, which both ensured good coverage and durability. Because of the "unknown" factor, i.e., extent of water damage, the carpentry repairs were performed on a "time and material" basis. Additionally, the 25 year old weather stripping was replaced on exterior doors when they were removed for painting. All went very well and I'm delighted with results.

It went great these guys worked all day long didn't even take a lunch break, they showed up about 9 and worked until 5, which our neighbors were grateful for, didn't wake anybody up! They left everything clean, and even worked around the flowers that are blooming now, very nice crew. And they didn't blast music like some other contractors we've had. they did a GREAT job!

They did an excellent job. They were professional in all ways - promptness, quality, communication and advice.

Finished job is good. House was pretty much torn up ... every room was affected. Wall art and mirrors were placed directly on dining room table with nothing underneath to protect table. Same applied to bedroom dressers with some items removed and other items stored on dressers. When the job was completed, it took days cleaning up to restore to useability.

Very well. Were able to repair damage that we wondered if repairable. Also replaced some baseboard. And when repainted everything looked new.

Ken and his workers were courteous, professional, and I would hire them again without any hesitation!

They provided a first class paint job and used an extra thick primer on the worst parts of the house called Peel Bond. Once work started, they stayed with the job until it was completed. I had a other work done besides the painting. They replaced water damaged siding, added some siding where a chimney had been removed, and replaced a window. Also, they custom fabricated replacement corbels for those that were weather damaged. They do painting and are licensed as a general contractor. I am very happy with the work.

It went great. We were totally satisfied with the project from start to finish. Ken Fritz, the owner, was very professional, accommodating, cooperative, and easy to work with during the whole process, and the other workers were obviously well trained and professional. Poseiden did a very complete job of preparing the house for staining, applying the stain by spraying, then rolling the stain, and painting trim color. All of the work was neatly done,with no mess or sloppy work. Cost was reasonable, and the work was completed on schedule.

Ken was responsive, timely in starting and completing the job, and very professional. The painting scheme I had for the bedroom was a bit complicated but Ken and team carried out the work perfectly. No runs, drips, mistakes, etc - just a beautiful final product, and finished in 3 days. The wall patches looked good, but it was difficult to find a matching texture for the 1964 style wall texture; although you can tell if you look closely at the patched areas I think they did the best anyone could have done without redoing the entire rooms texturing. The one small perturbation was the 2nd day when I arrived home to find a fine coating of white dust on everything........I was horrified! It resulted from sanding the wall patches, and I'll say that no matter how careful someone may be the dust travels like a sand storm. I called Ken (and I was pretty upset) late that night, and the next morning he and one of his crew were in the house cleaning up the dust. When I came home from work the house was back in order, with only tiny remnants of dust in tight corners. Ken was wonderful, and I won't hesitate to hire him again or to recommend him to friends, family, and coworkers.

Mr. Fritz bid the job and also supplied details of the products he would be using on our home. He allowed us to order several free quarts of sample paints of the same quality and sheen he would apply to the house to be sure we were satisfied with the colors we had chosen. He worked with one very efficient and personable employee and together they were on the job everyday to completion. They were easy to work with, pleasant to have around and respectful and considerate of us and of each other. They were thorough and detail oriented and made sure everything was perfect. They were timely, working within the schedule they had established. Mr. Fritz responded to emails and/or calls in a very timely manner. We requested one change from base to trim color during the job, which was handled with no problems. The job actually came in under bid. This was the easiest and most pleasant house painting job ever. We actually enjoyed it and consider Ken and his co-worker our friends. We strongly recommend Poseidon Painting and will surely call Ken Fritz again for any painting job. The only issue may be planning far enough in advance to get on his schedule.

Ken coordinated our job with the contractor who was doing the re-siding of our home and was flexible about the start date.. He was pleasant to work with and made sure he was doing the job exactly the way we wanted, carefully matching the colors of the paint we'd asked for. He was especially good about communicating with us through the whole process.

Ken was thorough in determining what my wife and I wanted done. He provided sample quarts of the selected paint colors to be sure how the colors looked on the house instead of just relying on paint chips. The masking prevented any over spray on the roof shingles. Tarps protected trees & shrubs that were close to the house. He and his assistant worked around our loading the RV for a weekend trip which required electric and water hook ups to prepare to leave. We highly recommend Poseidon Painting Co. LLC and will be calling him back when we have the interior painted.

One person has come out so far, we're extremely impressed with him he's doing real hard work in hundred degree weather. We're very happy with him so far. As of right now, you should expect someone that's here when they say they will be, and who works very hard.

Ken did a masterful job painting the exterior of our house. We negotiated the start time he had another job to complete and we had another contractor doing some cement work. Once we agreed on the time Ken started right on time. Painting took a few days and our house looks new again. Our neighbours were so impressed they asked for Kens contact information. Ken Fritz and his crew (Andrew) did excellent work. During the bidding process Ken provided valuable information concerning required preparation, paint selection and the painting process that Poseidon would use. We selected Poseidon Painting based on three criteria, trust, quality and price. We solicited five bids and evaluated all the bids using the same criteria. Poseidon won on two of the three criteria. The quote on the bid was not the lowest but was, in fact, mid range in comparison to all the bids. The actual work was delayed due to a family emergency and unsuitable weather conditions. This was not inconvenient and Ken Fritz kept us informed as to when the work was schedule. Once work started, things moved fast. Prep work took a couple of days and then the actual painting was done in under a week. As was to be expected, there were problems that were uncovered during the prep work. Ken made recommendations and change orders were agreed on. Poseidon demonstrated excellent painting skills. The was no over spray. Plants around the house were covered and did not suffer any damage. A very small amount of paint did fall on the patio. Ken made aesthetic recommendations concerning the trim work that we would have likely not considered. He did this based on his experience and an aesthetic eye. We really appreciated his advise and took it. We liked Poseidon Painting.

This is the second time I have used Poseidon Painting. The owner, Ken Fritz is the primary painter so he is in the job everyday. He does exceptional work, for a competitive price and he goes the extra mile to give a high quality job. His customer service is exceptional. Our community pool restrooms and pump house were in really bad shape. Ken did a ton of research to come up with the best solution for our job. The concrete block was deteriorating in places, multiple layers of paint peeling due to compatibility problems and dry rot in places. Ken and his team took care of it all and stayed close to budget even though he ran into more problems than expected. I cannot say enough good things and I have worked around all the contracting trades for 20+ years. I know a good contractor and a bad one to stay away from. Poseidon Painting is a great contracting firm.

Ken got started when he said he would but we got held up by some strong winds for a few days plus he had already made a commitment for a small job at another site so it all worked out great. He was meticulous about making sure everything was done perfectly. As the job progressed, he explained each step of the job and how it was going. He answered all our questions promptly. After the job was done his crew cleaned up everything and touched up all the little spots he was not satisfied with. We would definitely recommend Poseidon Painting to anyone. Great job Ken and crew.
