Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Tri-Cities

Gentleman showed up, took out the drains and got some hair out, put back together and that was it. 5 minute job at most and charged $400+. Didn't even need to use any tools. What a rip-off!

Shoddy and incomplete work at exorbitant price. I had to personally spend two days fixing the resulting problems. Should have saved the $800 and done all the work myself for better outcome.

They had to break the lid to get in, but we have extremely hard water and it hadn't been done in over 10 years. But at least they had a replacement ready

We've used Mr. Rooter twice now for plumbing services. The first time was for an emergency service in January when our pipes burst due to the cold weather and were flooding our basement. I called three different plumbing companies that day and Mr. Rooter was the only one who could send someone out that same day to get it fixed. It was a few hours before a plumber could make it to our house, but they had our pipe fixed in a matter of minutes. We were pleased with the service so we hired them for another project a month later, which required modifying the drain pipe for a toilet and installing a new drain for our washing machine as part of a laundry room remodel. The plumber was very knowledgeable and had the job done quickly, but my husband and I both felt that the price ($500) was extremely high for the work that was done.
