We've used them before. They've always done an excellent job. They came on time. They were here. They did the job and they were gone. It was just as clean as it was when they came. They did a good job. They did the job that they were asked to do. Every time they've been here they've done an excellent job.

Great! I call him the ":Sprinkler Whisperer" because he finds leaks we didn't even know we had.

I was a little bit disappointed. I wasn't all that thrilled. I think they were having staffing problems. They were short handed and the job took longer than it should have. They rushed out on Friday afternoon not really having done a good cleaning. The price was a little bit high. They are supposed to be the sprinkler king.

I want to say right out of the gate that this did not include the plants, except the sod. The plants were $903 (including tax). We opted to buy the plants ourselves just to spread out the costs a little more. The nursery that we worked with gave us a 10% discount because of Tim. Our back yard was a "dandelion haven", it had grass but it was all "clumpy". Tim's crew came and removed the grass (such as it was) as well as the dandelions. They reworked the sprinkler system and created a dog-run on the side of our house with crushed rock. Tim moved some of the sprinklers so that they wouldn't spray on the house. Curbing was installed in sweeping and artistic curves around the yard, they brought in river, rock and planted the plants in the beds. The last thing that they did was to finish off with more river rock and lay the sod. The crew made sure that I knew how to properly set the sprinklers. They cleaned up everything and were on their way. The yard looks like it was always that way, we are extremely pleased. The crew took four and one-half days from start to finish. I would not hesitate to call Tim again. Just so you know, the question of price, we had no idea how much something like this would cost and we couldn't rate it based on our knowledge. I'm sure Tim is not the most expensive nor the least. What I do know is that the job is excellent. We did come in about $785 under the projected budget so that was a nice surprise at the completion of the work.

After trying to fix one sprinkler riser that came through tree roots I determined that I needed some professional help. Pat came and fixed that problem for me in short order and I can now turn on the water. Yippee. Montgomery will be added to my list of folks who do regular maintenance.

After the initial startup, will respond to any sprinkler malfunctions or adjustment needs. I pay an annual fee for maintenance, and am billed additional funds for parts that need to be replaced.

They were very good. They cleaned up terrifically after the service, they didn't leave a mess anywhere. Their product is excellent and looks real good. It was better than i expected. They undercut a lot of nursery beds in town. They did a wonderful job. They are busy, if they say 9 O'clock it may be 9:15.

Tim came very soon after I called (it was EARLY in the season :)). After I showed him all of the sprinkler boxes and connections he immediately knew the best and safest way to accomplish what I wanted. I had had another service person, who works on his own, come out the week prior and he wasn't sure of what to do. Tim knew right away, and gave me a reasonable quote. Of course his business is VERY busy all of the lawn and gardening season, but he was more responsive than I would have imagined. I will need him back for more actual landscaping next time.

Montgomery Construction has been servicing my property's irrigation system since purchasing my first house in 1997, referred to me by a friend. The service has always been dependable and professional, with no unexpected 'surprises.' Recently, I learned they also do landscaping. I called Tim to see if he could help me correct a previous landscaper's work that was extremely disappointing. Tim met with me and from his comments I could tell he understood the source of my dissatisfaction. He made very clear, specific recommendations as to how he would improve upon the design. I received a written bid in the mail a few days later, accepted the bid and the work began shortly thereafter. The crew that showed up was the nicest group of guys - very respectful and cheerful - I got the feeling they genuinely wanted me to be 100% happy with the finished result! They got to work and within a few hours had transformed a disturbingly unnatural-looking dry creek riverbed into a beautiful realistic-looking riverbed complete with large boulders strategically placed along with grasses of varying height and color (small blue fescue tucked in behind some of the rocks along the back gives a feeling of depth to a rather narrow area - brilliant!). They also rearranged the pavers in a small patio area, which made a huge difference in the appearance and functionality of the space. For the front entry walkway area, Tim suggested the use of some dwarf mugo pines, which really complements the house nicely. I also learned that Tim warranties his work (including plants) for one full year following completion of the job. It was a very pleasant day, time and money well spent!! I wish I would have done this years ago!

Initially I left a message on Montgomery Construction's answer phone. Next day the owner phoned back and we arranged a time and date for an engineer to come out. A couple of days later on the agreed time and day the engineer showed up. I showed him what the problem was. He explained to me how would want to fix the issue (removing the valve completely and replacing it is difficult, as I had noticed when I had attempted that myself) by replacing the broken components with components from another valve of the same make that he had with him. Within less than half and hour he completed the work and the irrigation system has worked fine without manual intervention since.

I called Tim on May 1, 2013 and told him that my underground sprinklers were not working and I had a pipe that I was sure was broken b/c when the water was turned on to the system it just gushed out from underneath a Russian Olive tree that is in my back yard. Tim sent out Dustin to check things out and to see if he could fix the problem. What an absolute professional Dustin is, he checked out the problem and determined that it was going to need to be rerouted as the tree had broken the line and there was no way to fix it unless we chopped the tree down and dug up the stump. I was grocery shopping and figured that I would get back before Dustin was finished, he called me and told me all the above problems and told me that he could temporarily fix the problem by disconnecting the solenoid and then I would be able to water 2/3's of my yard. I decided to go that route at the time and asked Dustin how much I owed him and he told me that he was not going to charge me anything and left me an estimate. While I can't afford the work this year, I will be having them come out and fix it next year. Then today the property I manage had a solenoid stick and it needs to be fixed, I called Tim on May 9, 2013 and he is sending out one of his other guys on Monday. HA Construction is an awesome company that treats their customers like friends and with respect. I will continue to sing the praises of Tim and his crew. If you need any work done on your yard, call these guys they are simply awesome.

I needed some help to get my sprinklers turned on and all the stations checked. I also had a hole in my backyard and wanted to make sure I didn't have a leak in my underground sprinker system. They showed up right on time and were courteous and professional. After the initial visit, I had a leak in the same area where work had been performed and they came back out and fixed the problem with no additional charge. I also use this company to perform my sprinkler system blowout and the end of the season. I have used them for several years and plan on continuing to do business with them.

We recently moved into a new home and needed a sprinkler system for the backyard - house is on a 1/3 acre lot. We got several quotes - some higher and some lower - but decided to go with Tim and are glad we did. Tim really knows his stuff and also came highly recommended by two different commercial sources. Tim took plenty of time to work with us and understand our needs and concerns about the job. His crew was here for two days doing the installation and conducted themselves in a professional respectful manner. They took care to sweep down the patio at the end of each day and to keep it otherwise neat. Tim checked in with us at the end of the first day to make sure work was progressing well and that the workers met our expectations. He was on site at the end of the project to review the work and ensure our satisfaction. We would gladly work with him again and have already recommended him to one of our neighbors. We are extremely satisfied with the work that was done!

I needed help installing sprinklers and backfilling trenches after i hurt my back doing it myself. They gave me a competitive price, they were on time, they finished the work quickly. when it was done, I had a beautiful new lawn. The sprinkler system works great.

Anytime I have a problem with my system I call him and he comes out and fixes it. He is very reliable and his rates are very reasonable. He comes out in the fall and does the pipe blow out and then comes out in the spring and makes sure the sprinkler system is working properly. He turns on the water and checks and sets sprinkler head. I pay on a yearly basis for his sprinkler system maintenance program.
