Gale Rew Construction, Inc.

They were professional and responsive to any questions. This is the second project I have hired them to do.

Because of the number of different jobs to be done a number of people were involved.Also as each task by itself was relatively small the company fits them in when people are free. The painter who did the work on the exterior did a good job, but we had to remind a couple of times of all the items that were on the list and make sure he didn't skip any. The plumbers installed the new facets but one of them is already loose, and upon installation they had not properly fixed a ring leaving us with a leaky sink. The shower cabin regrouting is done well along the flat tiled areas, but in the corners the grouting was not applied evenly which does not look as good as it could haven been.

The gentleman called from Gale-Rew Construction and did showed up for the appointment. Spent over an hour showing the work we needed done. He promised an estimate by the end of the week (Friday). On Saturday, another company showed up to look over the house and give a bid. He said he ran into the other gentleman from Gale-Rew at Home Depot that morning (Saturday). Gale-Rew didn't have time to do the remodel/siding and asked this gentleman to stop by and give a bid. No call or anything from Gale-Rew Construction saying they didn't have time to do the job or saying someone else was coming over. Very disappointed. Took us another hour to explain what we wanted done to the house, after we had just explained it all to Gale-Rew Construction that Monday. They may do good work, but I was not impressed with their service or the fact they just handed us off to another company with no phone call or permission to do so.
