water heater repair
 + -1 moreHe took the old propane water heater out and put in a brand new one for me. He actually had to move my water softener to get to everything. He took the time to move everything out and put it all back together, and made sure it all worked. He also cleaned up after he was done, and I'm very happy with his work. I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: He came out to replace my hot water heater.

 + -1 moreit was an easy fix that I could have done myself if I had known what it was ahead of time, but what impressed me most, and what will make me a return customer was Dustin's knowledge (and Frank's availability for consultation), punctuality and politeness completing the job.

 + -1 moreFrank came by after hours to take a look at the water damage in ceiling below second floor shower. He determined leak was coming from a cracked shower pan in the second floor shower. His attention to detail saved me more money in the long run. He got us in contact with a contractor and made sure all plumbing was completed with a couple of extra sink faucets installs done with no extra charge. Overall, everything was great.
Description of Work: Assessed leaking pipes. Determined leak was coming from cracked shower pan in second floor bathroom. He coordinated with a contractor to replace shower. Frank took care of all the plumbing and also some additional fixture replacements after contractor completed shower install.

 + -1 moreWork was excellent and professional. My dryer was moved without damage, and I was pleased that the job was finished in only three hours.
Description of Work: Installer arrived as scheduled, & checked water heater as per my prior description of problem. I was astounded to find that my failing water heater was installed in 1989, which the installer was able to ascertain through the serial number on the tank. The estimate was put in writing & I approved the work & estimate. The installer drained & removed the failing heater, ordered a replacement & parts, & installed the new water heater with a pan & plumbed to code. Work was completed in only three hours, & the estimate was exactly as quoted- less a senior's discount. I would definitely call Professional Plumbing in the future.

 + -1 moreThey did a good job. They were pretty good. One of the guys was smoking on the job, but it wasn't that big a deal. They came out quickly. They told me how to remedy it and provided other services that could help us with the main line blockage. I was happy with them. They brought it back to a working condition. It was good but not amazing. It was reasonably priced. I would use them again in the future if needed.
Description of Work: I had a main line blockage. I used Frank Blair's Pro Plumbing Service to unclog it.
