+ -1 moreThe owner, Jonathan Ray, (who I refer to as the "Concrete King") arrived at our residence and spent time answering our questions, his technical expertise is exceptional. He even saved us money by recommending we do not proceed with another planned project in the backyard because he felt the sealer would fail in the long term. I reviewed his photo gallery of his work, it looks like million dollar art! The Florentine Floor's crew arrived on time, did exactly what they said they would, and finished on time. It has been 8 months since they performed the work, it looks like it was done yesterday. I still call the owner, Jon, with questions and he is always happy to support. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
Description of Work: Florentine Floors, Inc., provides decorative concrete design and installations on existing interior and exterior concrete slabs. They also provide concrete coatings, resurfacing, vapor barriers, technical consulting and testing services for residential and commercial clients. After having new concrete poured in the front yard(driveway, sidewalk and patio), they evaluated our exterior concrete installation and recommended a process and product that provided stain resistance without sealing so we never have to worry about landscape moisture damaging the sealer. The recommended product also provided us the flexibility to acid stain the concrete at a later date and seal it if we wanted to.
