Sam works hard. Sam was responsive to my request for estimate and was eager to complete a large deck project, but the job lingered and his crew sometimes seemed without adequate supervision. I recommend Sam and Fenix with limits to project complexity, craftsmanship, and scope.

Sam installed Christmas lights along the roof of my house. It's a 2 story, so they had to get way up there. He was awesome; worked with me via text to discuss what I needed, was able to make an evening walk-down with me of what I wanted, and got them installed quickly. They look great, I can't wait to leave them lit up for Christmas. Getting on the roof is terrifying; I'm glad there are brave souls willing to do it for me.

Sam rebuilt and resurfaced our deck. The work wad done timely and professionally. The crew cleaned up and removed all old material. We appreciated Sam's work so much we have contracted him to do another small job in the spring. Definitely someone to hire for small construction work.
