Custom Curb Appeal

I set up the initial appointment for a free quote which went really well. I then tried to set up the actual work date/time which took multiple days for them to get back to me. Then after finally setting up a date, they ended up not showing nor calling to provide an explanation either. It has been more than a week later and I still have not heard from them after calling and leaving voicemails. I do NOT recommend this company for its lack of professionalism.

Crew arrived on time for an 8:30 a.m. appointment. Owner + 2 workers. I showed owner where I wanted curb; he marked the area with paint. Owner then used sod cutter in order to get sod removed from area. 1 worker moved the sod out of the way but piling on my landscaping. I assumed it would be placed on the grass instead, which would have made it easier to be picked up afterwards. Another worker mixed the concrete. 2nd worker and owner shoveled concrete into the mold machine as 1st worker operated it. Process went quickly, a little more than 3 hours. Owner cautioned me about water (24 hours) and contact (couple of days) with concrete until it has set. I was expecting them to get the sod out of the landscaping, but they didn't; I took care of it myself. I still have to cut and remove existing sod between curbing and original edging along with edging. I was told beforehand that they would not remove the sod. I was, however, under the impression they would remove the original edging, but that did not happen.
