Very well, we wish we had done this year's ago.

Helped me choose possible tiles then called companies on the spot to check price and availability. Ordered what I wanted. Arrived on time. Love it!

Craftsman Cabinets and Floors was recommended to me by a carpet cleaner I found on Angies list. I called knowing it was a small job so did not expect the quick and excellent service I got. Had all the carpets in my 3 bedrooms stretched 2 days after I called. One closet was missed and when they found out it was done in 30 minutes from notification. They are prompt, clean and very pleasant.

Terrible! Guy did not call back as promised with my quote. I called him and he said he'd have it to me by the following day. NOPE! He never called me back! Ever! I found another hood and had it installed. This shop does other services. I'll NEVER use them!!

Craftsman's was recommended by a neighbor. The designer, Kelly, was nice and easy to work with. She designed a pattern of tile and glass accents for the tub area with built in shelves. She worked with me on colors, found flooring that matched and helped with paint colors. I purchased the paint the and fixtures, they provided the rest. The workers were professional and worked with me on last minute changes. I was given enough notice for my plumber to come in at the necessary stages. The installer made an extra trip to ensure the shower curtain rod was installed correctly and even replaced the light fixure, which was not easy. From demolition to useable bathroom was 2 weeks.

We looked at several other remodel contractors, but were most impressed with the cabinetry, carpets and tile samples at Craftsman, and with Richard's eye for detail. Because we were living in the condo while the work was being done, it had to be done in stages and took four months to complete with a month-long break in the middle for our samity. Craftsman was very flexible about the scheduling to accommodate our business travel and worked around times when family came to visit us. We love the way the work turned out. Randy Pace did the tile install and he was wonderful to work with. Tearing out and replacing tile is a noisy, messy job, but Craftsman and Randy handled it wonderfully and without any complaints from the the neighbors in the condos all around ours, other than how great the project turned out..

When I went into the store Julie met me and showed me some options. I then went home got a sample of the existing laminate in the adjoining rooms, measured the rooms and got back with Julie who recommended some options for colors and layout. She picked an ideal color and gave me an estimate. The estimate was about $500.00 lower than I had figured. The workers showed up on time and helped me remove some of the heavier furniture. Originally they started with set up and cutting outside then due to weather moved into the garage. Both areas were cleaned up better than when they started. The job was done timely and professionally. Overall a great job from the time I entered the store to finish at a more than reasonable price.

Poor followup when there was problems with the supplier.

The staff at Craftsman were pleasant and helpful during the process of selecting carpeting and padding and measuring the floor surfaces to be carpeted. The three-man installation crew was a bit late getting started, but were hard-working and efficient. They were helpful in moving furniture as needed and worked around pieces that would have been difficult to remove from the work space. The carpet replacement and cleanup was completed in about four hours. New baseboards needed to be ordered for one room. These were received and installed approximately two weeks later. The job was well done and we are pleased with the results.
