We did a pretty big job with them. They basically replaced the tub and redid all the tile around it, so a partial remodel. I think the good was that the people that actually work with their construction company. I liked the project manager I thought the crew was pretty good. The sub contractors, we late and the plumbing contractor, in particular, had to come back two times to get the tub to not leak. The quality of the sub contractors was not great. But, their people are good the sub contractors are not. When they were here, they were good. They were polite and professional.

His representative was polite. We felt that the estimate was unreasonable so we went with another contractor

The work performed by CTC was professional, the people I dealt with on time to the job, finished ahead of schedule and were very detailed in the work performed. The cleanup was done well and the painter was very good! They go above and beyond and the price was more than acceptable, they bid to win. You cannot go wrong with them for all of your household repairs from small to big remodel jobs.

I prefer not to state the long list of problems.

CTC was recommended by our realtor and I am so thankful for his recommendation. They partially remodeled our bathroom and completed some minor plumbing work in the kitchen. It only took 1 1/2 days and I have no complaints at all! Our bathroom looks fantastic and the work was quality. They even cleaned up after, which is something that I have found is rare with contractors. I would highly recommend CTC!

Removed all old wall and floor tile and old countertops. Replaced tile and countertop, sink, faucets and toilet. Painted walls, moved an outlet. Cleaned up daily. Pleasant and qualified staff.

Boy My wife and I couldn't be more satisfied. this is the first home remolding work we've been one hundred percent satisfied. Cliff was very detailed in his estimates and did not increase price if there was something more to do to make the job professional. It took about 4 days in and out to complete all projects, Cliff kept us informed of all work being done. His crew were also very professional.

Cliff kept costs down and quality up, creating a very nice looking exposed aggregate slab. He conceived logistics that prevented serious damage to our yard, and when a small drainage problem arose after the pour, he devised and implemented an expert solution. Also, he left no mess. Previously, Cliff reworked our fireplace tile after we were dissatisfied with another contractor's work. His advice produced a tasteful installation, his workmanship was excellent, and he protected our home and yard from damage.

CTC Construction did and excellent job for us. Cliff was very professional and was very concerned about doing a good job, he came by at least once a day, usually twice a day, to check on progress and discuss how things were going with his crew and with us. His crew did a great job making sure that everything was done to the highest quality. They did everything in their power to make sure we were not inconvenienced any more that unnecessary. We are thrilled with our new floors and would hire them again in a heartbeat for any other projects we need done in the future. They also redid an old fence for us just prior to doing our flooring. The fence is high quality work, even better than expected at a reasonable cost.
