+ -1 moreRandy showed up on time and, within a minute, was on the roof, where he started the inspection. He spent about two hours going through the house, crawl space and attic. He then went back to his truck and, in about a half-hour, came back with a comb-bound, multi-page report on the house, with photographs. He walked me through the report's major items, which was color-coded (green: some maintenance may be required; red: repair needed.). The report included specific recommended actions.
Description of Work: Randy Scott provided an inspection for my house, which I am preparing for sale.

+ -1 moreArscott did a very good job. Our lawyer requested that we have a home inspection, so that was the reason he came out. He actually found a lot more than we expected. He did us a big favor by doing the inspection. We were very pleased. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. When he finished the inspection he sat down with us, gave us a copy of the inspection and went over the entire inspection with us.
