The downspouts are attactched very cheapply. Spot where there were downspouts before they just let water drain onto other parts of the roof. One elbow came off, they said that they would come and fix it, but they never did.

They did a good job and they cleaned up after themselves. They were punctual, polite and courteous, and it was not hard to get an appointment with them.

Watertite put gutters and Leafproof hoods on another building for us and did a great job. Had them add hoods to the newer gutters on my home and it went OK, but not as well as our first experience. Two installers came out, one was obviously really new. Installation wasn't very clean in several sections. The installers were polite and arrived on time.

They agreed to submit a bid for work to be done, but after 2 weeks of no reponse, they needed to be reminded later to give the bid. Once an estimator did come, he promised a bid the next day by fax. We received the bid 2 weeks later by fax, with no explanation for delay.

THE PEOPLE AT WATERTITE WERE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY. THE PRICE WAS GOOD AND THEY LEFT NO MESS. THE COLOR OF THE NEW GUTTERS IS GREAT AND I NO LONGER HAVE DRIPPING WATER OVER MY FRONT PORCH.

UNITED ROOFING AND GUTTER IS A RATHER LARGE COMPANY FOR THE AREA BUT SOMETIMES I AM FINDING THAT IT IS BEST TO GO WITH SOME OF THE LARGEST COMPANIES BECAUSE THEY GOT THAT WAY FOR A REASON. THE GUYS WERE WONDERFUL WHEN THEY CAME OUT AND THEY ACTUALLY FINISHED MUCH FASTER THAN I EXPECTED AND THE PRICE I THOUGHT WAS VERY REASONABLE.

WATERTITE GUTTER COMPANY PROVIDED GREAT SERVICE FOR US! WE RECENTLY TORE OFF OUR SHAKE ROOF AND REPLACED IT WITH ARCHITECTURAL COMPOSITION ROOFING. THE OLD GUTTERS WERE A MESS. I INSTALLED THE FACIA AND WATERTIGHT CAME OUT A DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING THE NEW SEAMLESS GUTTERS! THEY WERE INITIALLY THE HIGHER BID. I WANTED TO USE THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE A LOCAL COMMUNITY COMPANY. THEY DID THE JOB FOR THE SAME PRICE AS THE LOWER BIDDER. THIS MADE ME VERY HAPPY!

WATERTITE GUTTER CO. INSTALLERS WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS THEY CREATED WHEN REMOVING THE OLD, THEY WORKED WITH US ON HOW TO GO AROUND THE CHIMNEY, THEY WERE PROMPT. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS INEFFICIENT AND CONFUSED.

THE WORK WAS PERFORMED VERY WELL. THEY ALSO PAINTED THE TRIM ON THE HOUSE BEFORE INSTALLING THE NEW GUTTERS. THEY CLEANED UP ALL AROUND THE HOUSE BEFORE LEAVING.
