Description of Work: They installed two indoor AC units and one outdoor unit for us. Initially, getting a quote required a couple of follow-ups but we understand that this is probably because they are a small operation. After that, communication was clear and effective and the installation was scheduled quickly and the work was done professionally. The technicians were very courteous and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Had an on-demand water heater installed to replace large traditional water heater in new construction home. Over all very pleased. On time and for the quoted price. They gave a modest credit for the nearly new traditional water heater but better than nothing! Very knowledgeable and provided good information. The install was of better quality but still a few minor issues. Pipe wrap could have been neater and one drain line was not secured as well as I would have liked to prevent flexing / movement. Still better than many plumbing / service providers that I have had in the past. Definitely in the top 5% in over all service, product, price and responsiveness for us.

Description of Work: Only company I could find that truely knew what they were doing in working on my radiant heating system and water heater. They provided free bid, honest information, and did a very professional job. Gave a 2 hour window and stayed on schedule.

Description of Work: Replaced an electric hot water heater. They were able to respond immediately to our situation, unfortunately we needed to update the electrical panel prior to installation. Steve suggested an electrician who was able to come out the following day to make the necessary modifications. Steve returned and installed the hot water heater. Bill reflected the exact bid. We have worked with them in the past and will do so in the future.

Description of Work: Repair tankless water heater

Description of Work: We had just purchased the house and knew the new tankless water heater installed by the seller was done wrong, too small and in a small enclosed room with bad venting system. WA Water Heater removed that one carefully so we could resell it as it was almost brand new. They then installed a larger one in the proper location. |I was pleased with the install, they explained things well, our options and details.

Description of Work: The first visit was routine maintenance on our tankless hot water system. The second visit was for a leaking buffer tank in that system. They removed the tank and revised the system to work without it. Now we don't have to worry about another leak, and the system works fine without it. Very pleased with their knowledge and ability to explain things, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Description of Work: Additional parts and labor for installation of a gas water heater, e.g. expansion tank, earthquake straps and metal pan. This was over the $971 that Sears already had charged for a $509 water heater, the extra cost being for installation, a connection kit, permit, and of course sales tax.

Description of Work: They were very professional, when installing my new tankless water heater and he was very nice to work with they gave me many options and models to choose from, I am very happy with the work and will use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Description of Work: I needed a new water heater that day. I called at 8:30 a.m. and explained my situation. They gave me a complete analysis over the phone with a couple choices and recommendations. They were there with my water heater installed by 2:00.

Description of Work: Came out to check on an inoperable water heater. Fixed the thermocouple for free! Made some recommendations for replacement to bring the system up to code, including the exhaust requirements that my old system did not comply with. Also diagnosed my pressure reducing valve as failed, and my need for a hot water heater expansion tank. I called back, and Steve came out and replaced the pressure reducing valve and expansion tank for $500.00.
