+ -1 morePoorly. United Tile looks like they have some nice stuff but the woman behind the counter made no effort to help or in any way be available to me.
Description of Work: I went to United Tile to look for tile for a couple of bathrooms we're having redone. I found them on another list which did not make clear that United Tile's showroom is open to the public but they only sell to the trade. That means if I'd found what I wanted, then my contractor or designer would have to make the purchase. This may explain why the woman behind the desk was about as unresponsive as she could possibly be. She didn't greet me, provided no information, did not offer to help in any way. In the brief time I was there, I didn't identify any tile that met my criteria so I have no idea what their prices were like but based on the initial customer service impression, I'm not inclined to return for a more extensive look. There's too much competition out there.

Description of Work: Re-grouted and re-sealed the tile in my shower. He gave me good information about keeping it up.

United Tile is consistently up to date with their selection of ceramic, stone, glass and metal tiles while offering these contemporary and classic materials at competitive pricing. Their staff is highly informed, creative, professional, and friendly, which makes doing business with them always a pleasant experience.

+ -1 moreSalesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable, and they have a good selection. When I found tile that I was interested in, I liked the fact that they gave me price sheets and samples to take home. Downside is that they don't offer installation, but they do provide a list of tile installers that purchase from them. They also have a small area with toys for the little ones.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A VERY NICE JOB, I LIKED THEM A LOT BECAUSE THEY HELPED ME FIGURE OUT WHAT I WANTED. I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT ANYTHING WAS AND THEY HELPED ME OUT A LOT.
