Triguard Pest Control

The technicians do not perform complete service. They do only half of the job.

They came out and did their initial service. They put a rodent bait trap in an area I said I didn't want it in the crawl space. I had rodents in my shed, which I took care of the previous year, but have never had rodents in my house or crawl space. They said that there was rodent feces, which was actually dead ants right along the door, where we had previously sprayed. They are not particularly knowledgeable. I am worried that putting bait traps there will only lure them into areas they weren't before. We also got a huge surge of ants in our house. They were previously just occasionally in the kitchen. Now there are ants everywhere. They will not cancel their service without charging a cancelation fee of 75% of your remaining contract! You know the company is terrible when there are such high penalties for cancelation. The sales agents strong arm you into a contract, not accepting no as an answer. This is a service I would not recommend to anyone.

At the beggining of your yearly contract they do a very good job. (First and Second visit) Then the quality of service drops off, They will forget to check your crawl space once a quarter (they checked it on the first visit only). We ended up cancelling our one year Trigaurd services and agreed to have the tech come out to do a last service which was done mediocre. Found some wasp nest that are the size of tennis balls 2 weeks after the last service was done. Called Trigaurd to see if a tech can come back and at least knock down the wasp nest and was given the run around, they could do it only if I reopen my account and get locked in on a one year contract or pay. Dont know how they run thier company but if you run a service and do it half way and a customer complains, you would think you would do a simple fix and maybe get that customer back. Not Triguard.

I wish I could leave a lower than one star review. They had a door to door salesperson come to my elderly parents (late 80s, sick and on oxygen) home and sold them a annual plan which they were told they could cancel at anytime (way over-priced compared to other pest control companies prices). The first service only made the bug problem way worse and yet they wouldn't come out again till "next quarter" and another huge fee. When my parents then asked to cancel the annual program they were told it would cost them huge fee to cancel! You know that a company is terrible when the only way they have to make money is to prey on our seniors! They were charging my parents over $270 dollars and they had more bugs than before!! The pest control company I use only charges $125 and will come back for free as many times as you need during the next three months so I know what they were charging was not standard. I did finally get them to refund $166 of the fee but only after a ton of arguing. Check out other yelp, google etc reviews that talk about the same thing, huge cancellation fees. The worst part to me was how vulnerable they made my parents feel. SHAME ON THEM!

They were able to transfer my existing account with a home to my newly aquired home with minimal impact to my service!

Salesperson didnt tell me it was a year contract. They want 180 to cancel and I still have fleas!

Nicole was outstanding! She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great work ethic. She handled my yellow jacket issue very quickly and completely! I couldn't of asked for better treatment. A job well done.

They come once a quarter. They were very consistent and effective, very nice to work with and I apprecite that they call me if they're coming to let me know. I've had other agreements with other company before but they didnt show up. They were very accomodating as well which I like.

Triguard was awesome. I had them come out for the mice we have had. They came and did the service and a week later I thought I heard something in the crawl space and then were super nice and came out and checked it out for me. Turned out to be nothing. They were quick kind and professional.

I had a rat infestation and Triguard pest control took care of it for me.

Super good work. I’ve used lots of different companies for my pest control in the past and I’ve always been disappointed. I’m super impressed with Triguard so far, they’ve been much more thorough and even went down into my crawlspace! I haven’t been down there since we bought the house! Overall great experience and I plan to keep them for a long time.

The technician Jonah was very thorough with wasp nest and treated the crawlspace.

I called Triguard because I was tired of dealing with spiders inside my home. My technician, Braden, was both knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what the products were doing, and when I could expect to see results. I’ve noticed a huge decrease in spider activity since their visit, and I would recommend their service to anyone.

They are very good. They are very professional. They just come in and get the job done. In and out. I don't have any issues.
