Description of Work: I had a leaking pipe and had been told this company was recommended by a friend of a friend. They came out and took care of the problem. My only concern was it seemed like they were really slow when they went to their truck to get their tools and also when they went out to prepare the bill. They got me for an extra quarter hour at $49 in my opinion. Not huge but at over $300 for 3/4 of an hour, I didn't think it was necessary. Because of other reviews about the same thing, I was very aware to check my watch frequently.

Description of Work: Replaced a sewage ejector pump for below grade bathroom. Came out on a weekend, tried various low tech fixes, but finally confirmed the problem was a bad pump, let me know I would need to wait till Monday to have the repair completed since the distributor for the pumps wasn't open weekends. Different guy came Monday morning, apparently there was a mix up and the first guy hadn't written down what kind of pump was needed, so he had to spend a while doing the same disassembly, but he didn't charge me for this labor. Had I been charged it might have been a C or D overall. As it was, the extra time I had to be home was a minor inconvenience and the overall cost per hour seemed a little high, hence the B rating. I would trust them and go back in the future though.

Description of Work: We had a water heater replacement that was a bit difficult due to an under counter location, so it ended up being quite expensive for the time it took to get it in and out, and a few other complications. However, the tech Mike was great. He was very nice, professional, very responsive around times and communication, and didn't charge us for down times during when we needed to get another water heater from the warehouse after we had bought out own that didn't fit. Things added up to be expensive, but we would definitely use Mike again because of the great service he provided.

 + -1 moreAs he worked on cleaning out the tub drain he explained the process of how to remove the tub stopper so we could do it next time. He was very quick and clean while working. After that he went to the shower and showed us how to clean out that drain. All the work was done in 30 minutes. I called the shop in the am and he was out the same day. The arrival time was estimated between 3 to 5 pm. He arrived at 5:20 PM after giving us a call to say he would be a little late. We are very happy to have both drains working again.
Description of Work: First he went to the tub and showed us how to take out the tub stopper. Then he cleaned out the built up hair. Then he went to the shower and again showed us how to remove the drain cover. He cleaned out that drain, too. He also showed us how to remove the plug in the bathroom sink so we could take care of it later.

 + -1 moreMy daughter was the one on hand to let in the plumber, Brian M. and she said he did a great job. He was fast and efficient. She, in fact, said that if we ever had future needs, we should call the same company. From what I can tell, everything that needed fixing was taken care of.
Description of Work: Per the invoice, the plumber: 1)removed angle stop for water filter along with the water filter, and installed a new water angle stop on cold side on the kitchen sink 2) replaced o-rings in bathroom sink to solve dripping faucet in the main bathroom 3)pulled p-trap and pop-up, cleaned all to solve slow drain in the sink in the master bath.

Description of Work: Kitchen sink faucet would not shut off, also could not turn off hot water under the sink. Brian replaced the faucet with one I purchased and made repairs on the plumbing lines. He arrived on time, explained what he was doing, and did a very good job.

We have gotten burned in the past by a rude and very expensive plumber, so this was a wonderful experience. We plan to have them back to do further work on our old house.

 + 0 moreOverall, my experience was good. The plumber arrived 1 hour later than than the two hour scheduled window, however, they credited me part of the fee for being late. I found all of the representatives friendly and helpful. The best part of this service is that they could quote me their rate on the phone. Other plumbing services were going to send the plumber, charge me a trip rate and apply the trip rate to the quote only IF I contracted with them to do the job.
Description of Work: The plumber cleared my bath drain and resealed my kitchen sink drain basket.

BUT THEY DID GET THE DRAIN TO DRAIN UNTIL WE COULD TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. IT TOOK A WHILE AND THE MAN WAS VERY PATIENT TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN FOR A PLUMBING PROBLEM.
