This was an "emergency" call on a Saturday. They were able to get someone to our house within a few hours. He fixed the problem and inspected the rest of the pipes. Because of the responsiveness, we did not have to pay the double time rate (after hours).

We thought that we had a leak somewhere, and they were very good about helping us find and repair it quickly. The repair required a deep dig in the front yard, which they did efficiently and cleaned up well. They also did other repairs as secondary projects.

We're on a septic system and all the toilets and showers were not draining (sinks were). The technician found the tank (we had no clue where it was) and cleared the clog in less than an hour. I called them and one other highly rated place on Angie's List and the plumbing joint was way cheaper. The plumbing joint has $90 for the first 15 minues (and that's basically your min price, although they charge you time on way to your home) whereas the other company was something like $320 for the first hour (so this was your min price). The plumbing joint was also $7 less per 15 minutes compared to the other company after you hit the one hour. So great service, and a lot less money spent than it could have cost us.

I called to have a new faucet replaced and a leaked checked on under the bathroom sink. A very professional plumber was out the next day and did a wonderful job. Everything went perfectly which I am not used to when it comes to plumbing. I finally found a good one!

The problem was an extremely slow drain in upstairs bathroom with plumbing done in 1929 and also in later years that was less than brilliant. This is the second time I've used The Plumbing Joint in Renton and both times I have been extremely satisfied with their prompt service, extensive knowledge, and determination to fix a problem. Our house has many strange plumbing features. Fixing our plumbing problems is never easy. First time David came out and second time it was Pat. I highly recommend both of them. They are relentless about solving complex issues. The give you great information to help you make decisions. The Joint deserves a five star award.

Woke up to find water all over one bathroom and leaking down into the kitchen. Called The Plumbing Joint and they said they could send someone in the afternoon. They then called back to say they had a plumber available right now and could send him. I called at 9am, the plumber was here by 10:30 fixed 2 broken toilets by 11:30. Plumber Jim Kasper was prompt, efficient, courteous and did a fabulous job in a small amount of time.

Called The Plumbing Joint at 9:30am and made arrangements to have plumber out during a 1 to 3pm window of time - same day, July 9th. At 1:05, the plumber was waiting on my porch for me while I drove up. He started at 1:15pm and was done at 1:35pm. Very easy to talk to, thorough and got the job done quickly and even cleaned up afterward. While $130 might be much for 20 minutes work, Pat was on time, quick and got the job done. At the end when doing the bill, I didn't even have to ask for the 5% off for Angies Customers. He just put it in. All in all while this was a small job, I can't say anything but praise for them.

Scheduling was a dream. They called quickly based on my email and were able to work with my schedule. Tony showed up 15 minutes late (scheduled for 8am) and reeking of cigarette smoke. (airing out house now). I have had the sink thing done before and was expecting it to take an hour. it took almost three. he blamed the faucet i bought, which, i guess could be the case. but it took forever. I work from home and was down in my office trying to work and he kept asking me to come upstairs and hold things so he could get the faucet installed. the toilets took just a few minutes and those were fine. He went to the truck to write the invoice (smoke) and when he came back charged me starting at 8am. when i pointed out that he didn't start until 8:15 he argued and basically said that he'd have to rewrite the entire invoice then just stood there looking at me. I ended up paying the extra $35 because at that point it didn't seem to matter. i also didn't get my discount from the coupon. In Summary: work got done. Cost double what i expected but the quality seems fine. Process was painful

VERY WELL. THE MAN WAS VERY UPFRONT AND I FEEL HONEST. HE DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER AND SUGGESTED HOW TO KEEP MY OLD RUSTY PIPES RUNNING CLEAR. THEY ARE NOW MY PLUMBING COMPANY OF CHOICE.

Plumber was courteous and efficient. Same day service. The only negative part of the experience was that he showed up two hours later than the estimated time of arrival they had given us when we'd called. It would have been nice to receive a courtesy call to let us know they were running late.

I was out of state when my tenant called to report water squirting from the top of the water tank onto the basement wall. The Plumbing Joint plumber met my tenant the next morning and quickly went to work. He telephoned me with the news that the expansion tank on top of the water tank had sprung a leak, and he had installed a new expansion tank. In testing his work, he discovered that the hot water tank drainage was discharging very rusty, brown water. My tenant affirmed this fact. The plumber called me and gave me a detailed summary of the work he would complete, along with explanations, and estimated cost. Within a few hours, the new expansion tank, hot water tank, earthquake straps, etc. was installed. Both my tenant and I are very pleased with the work performed by The Plumbing Joint.

The Plumbing Joint was able to schedule the work for the morning after I called (another company could not schedule it for 5 days). The plumber, David Perez, was punctual, courteous, efficient, and thorough. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to complete the job in less than 2 hours. However, I think the company's charges for both materials and labor are excessive.

The gas leak was found by PSE in the morning and within an hour of my phone call the plumber was at my door. He was very polite and professional and did a great job. He gave me a discount when I mentioned that I found the company on Angie's list and offered to return and test the line for free should PSE not be able to do so. I highly recommend The Plumbing Joint.

He came after hours, was prompt, and fixed it in 45 minutes. He only charge me for the initial first 15 minutes getting there, and only charged for 30 minuntes of work. The young man who came out was respectful and nice, and explained everything to me. He charged me less do to the economy.

The company was professional and the worker was great. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very nice. Although the price was a few hundred more than what I was expecting (plumbers are expensive!), I felt like they were honest and up-front about the pricing.

Needed to find a plumber. Joined Angie's List. First plumber could not come out until tomorrow. Then contacted The Plumbing Joint. They were able to come out today. This missed their proposed service window time by an hour but I find this to be minor factor. Plumber came in and snaked the drain. It took less then 15 minutes for the entire process. Washer drains great. Very professional and nice technician who also mentioned the Angie's List coupon for 5% off. I did not even notice this. Great group and will use again for sure.

He was very good. Everything was efficiently done. He didn't' waste anytime. It was a good quality job.

They did a great job. The representative was very adept and did not mess around. He was amiable and he let me watch him do the work for the whole time. I have recommended them to others.

Excellent from start to finish! Original phone call was answered quickly and handled professionally. Plumber was dispatched quickly. Lewis did an excellent job once he arrived to assess the problem and provide us with a solution. A real pro! I am happy to recommend them

I called the middle of a Saturday afternoon, after I messed up the previous shower valve beyond repair trying to fix a leak. Lewis picked up my call; he was the back-up on-call plumber. He called me back promptly and said he would be on-site within an hour. Showed up as promised, assessed the problem and gave me a realistic idea of what it would take to fix it. He had the necessary parts in his van, and he had it fixed in a couple hours. He actually charged me straight time rates when he could have charged overtime. Very impressed with responsiveness, great attitude and courtesy.

They are really good. They removed the old one. Everything was great.

Found a cracked elbow in a warm water line in crawl space. Called The Plumbing Joint late in the afternoon. A plumber arrived within two hours as promised. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. The "Shark bite" couplings with copper pipe were used to accommodate a fast installation vs. using PVC and glue, which would have to dry for one hour, plus, before the job could / would be checked and finished.
