Stellar Appliance Installation

Yuri and his crew did great quality work installing appliances in our kitchen. I appreciate that they were extremely careful and meticulous in their work. the installation of all of our appliances looks flawless. In addition, I was impressed by their knowledge of the electrical and gas requirements for the appliances that we were installing. They noticed that our existing 110 volt electrical line would not work for our built-in microwave that required a dedicated 220 volt line and were able to clearly specify what needed to be added. Due to our misunderstanding, they were unable to install the built-in microwave on our initial appointment, but were kind enough to find time in their full schedule to complete the installation for us. Given how busy they are this year, you may need to reserve their time far in advance. But be assured that once they are working on your job, they will be sure to get everything done right.

I will explain the GE Microwave door problem next, but first I would prefer to speak to Stellar Appliance’s proficiency, competence, expertise, attention to detail and when finished the kitchen was left spotless and clean. In other words, Stellar has proven to be trustworthy, knowledgeable of craft and when in terms of cost they are extremely affordable. Should you find yourself in need when it comes to a home repair, I highly recommend and endorse Stellar Appliance Installation. With a history spanning 20 years the GE Microwave had to be replaced two times. The GE fitting space above the stove was custom built. All GE replacements are the same model number. The first replacement GE was replaced and the new GE Microwave with the same model number fit into place without incident. However, the recent GE replacement with the same model number had a modified door design and is now slightly wider, or curved on the left side. The door opened part way and was blocked by the wall tile. Needless to say, the tile was a serious problem and had to be either removed and custom cut, or leave the tile in place and then shave down the blocking section. The Arnold’s Appliance salesman told me the redesign problem occurs frequently even when purchasing the same model number appliance. This is not the sales person’s problem, but rather caused by the manufacturer. I was referred to Stellar Appliance Installation and I spoke to the owner Yuri Bondarchuk, explained the tile problem, scheduled a home visit date/time and on March 6, 2019 Yuri promptly arrived along with a fellow worker. Both men removed the GE microwave, and using a diamond circular saw meticulously, layer upon layer, shaved/ground down an opening in the tile allowing for the door to fully open. Other companies we had called said they wouldnt be able to come to do the work for three weeks but when I called Stellar they said they could be here same day! Yuri came and went within a half hour and everything was done! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing help installing appliances.

Fantastic! The new appliances were in their shipping containers boxes in our garage. After the job was complete, there was not a trace of the team's work left behind. All the boxes and packaging and protection and debris, and all the old appliances gone without a trace. All they left behind were perfectly installed new appliances ready for action. Like magic. They even set the time on the clocks! These guys know what they're doing. (For instance, my range is perfectly level now.) Plus, when a last minute conflict came up with the scheduled installation time, they worked around it and came out later in the day. No "attitude" because of it. Just great work. What a relief not to have to tackle these jobs myself after what I saw them go through, or deal with the junk removal, and to have the installations done so well. Highly recommend.

I bought the oven from Home Depot, and they give a wide range for when it would be delivered. Yuri asked that I have them leave it in our garage. The next business day, Yuri came over, removed the old oven and installed the new one. He did a great job with the installation, and there were no issues. I would hire Yuri again for another installation, without hesitating.

Yuri and his crew arrived at exactly the designated time. They set up the work area so there would be no damage and kept it clean. They removed the old Microwave/Oven 240#. After that they made some minor cabinet changes to accommodate the replacement unit. They then wired and installed the 250# replacement unit. It fit like a glove. Better fitting than the unit it replaced.. Yuri quoted us a fair price and held to it. They did the total project in one Hour. Very efficient. I would recommend him to anyone.

Yuri is fantastic! He installed all of the appliances in our new home and anytime I have a question he is always available to help me. His customer service is excellent and he seems to really care about his workmanship and customers. I can't say enough good things about him! Highly recommended!

Yuri was on time to the appointment, got right to work, was friendly and professional. Able to connect the ductwork and install the cooktop in less than 2 hours. He protected my kitchen wood floors and cleaned up all debris.
