Though a bit pricey I was very pleased with the results. The new pump doesn't rattle my plumbing when it goes off and everything now drains as it should without backing up into my basement. Have recommended Kirk Thompsen to my friends.

They were outrageous. They tried to double charge us. We will never use them. It was a ridiculous amount they wanted to charge us. We had somebody else come and do the work and it was half the price. They wanted to charge us $1000 and it was only $400 worth of work. We had to keep calling them to get them to come out and then when they did they were overcharging and they were kind of arrogant about it. They had appointments and they just didn't make them. We had to keep calling them. The guys were ok on professionalism. Their estimate worked because they told me what was wrong with my bathroom but what they said they had to do, the other plumber fixed it without doing all of the stuff they said they had to do. I just felt like they were cheating me.

It went fine. But here is the catch. The drain clog took about 1/2 to fix But the way the plumbers work is that they bring a older guy presumabley a journeyman and an apprentice. So they charge for one to stand around while the other, the apprentice does all the work. So for a half hours of work, you get hit for about $200. We have used Beacon in the past, and they only had one guy to charge. I guess it is the sign of the times. Reminds me of road work, 4 workers, and 4 watchers. But the drain is fixed, I paid the money, and got on with the day.

We liked them a lot. I would absolutely use them again.

He was fast, efficient and courteous. One person came out to complete the service. He was fine. He left the area clean.

Expensive, over the top. They were responsive, punctual. I didn’t have them do the work, because in the end, I had basically two fixtures to get installed and they wanted to charge me almost $1,400 for what literally would have been like an hour’s worth of work. They have actually done work with me before.

It cost a lot of money, but it wasn't over priced. I had a broken underground line and they replaced it. It took them about four hours.

It was pretty good. It was originally where the lines were hooked up in a vertical figuration and they hooked it up in a different one. Put they put it in a parallel so part goes in one and part goes in another so it shares the load. Price was pretty reasonable.

The work performed was done well and quickly. However I was only offered a choice between fixed price options. The first choice was over $500 to replace all of the inner parts of the toilet. The second was to replace just the defective part at $350. The pricing was outrageous to me, for a $20 part and less than an hour of work. In addition, they charged a $50 fee just to come out. That makes their effective hourly rate at around $350. I spent around $250 for a brand-new toilet and installation. Their pricing is a huge ripoff. DO NOT USE THEM unless they will offer you a fair labor rate and parts.

They've been pretty good. They were really good all around. They came out, they were punctual, on time, really good. They were on spot, easy to schedule and came right away. They came in, was really good with the diagnostics, gave a lot of different options, and gave good recommendations. I have done some research. The guys I dealt with, they really made sure you knew all of the options and price structures for what you were getting and what was really needed. They didn't just say hey this is the greatest and you should get this one because it cost the most of course. It was fast. It was only 2-3 hours they had the water heater done.

I called them on 12/17/16. They said they would have their on call plumber call me. They never called, even after I called the office back two more times that day, and once again on 12/18/16. At that point I decided to do the job on my own (a leaking CPVC pipe in a basement room), which took me about 4 hours because I had trouble finding the pipe.

I should have checked reviews here before calling them, so that was mistake #1. I called on a Monday to have work done on a Saturday (right after Thanksgiving). I was given a window of 9am to 11am, to give me a quote and potentially do the work afterwards if I agree to the quote. On 8:30am on Saturday, I get a call from the dispatch saying that the plumber had just left North Seattle and was on their way, and would be around 30 minutes to reach Lynnwood. After 1 hour and a half, I called back and found out that (1) they had the wrong address, and (2) that the plumber "had been held back for other work by the previous client" but they were in Lynnwood now, and that they "would keep me posted". I waited another hour (2.5 hours since the initial call), fed up wanting to cancel. The dispatcher (Mark) told me that they simply did not have anyone available today, and that it was going to be a while. I called him out on telling me that the plumber was on their way, but was just told that "they couldn't pull plumbers from their job", and that it was going to be a while before they could get someone out here. Now, I don't know why they decided to call me to let me know of something that wasn't going to happen, or their insistence after the 2nd call that someone was on their way, but this is not the way to run a business. If they had at least called and said that they were unsure if they would be able to get anyone here, I could have planned for it, not looked out the window every 10 minutes and halting all my chores, waiting for a plumber that was never going to arrive. Time to start shopping for a new plumber.

I called you all out to do a repipe of my bathroom and you were excellent. I called again when my bathroom shower needed be worked on. Your team came out, was kind and courteous, and replaced / rebuilt my shower levers (hot, cold, diverter). However, the diverter never fully worked properly, and your crew left. It seemed to me that the crew was on a schedule and wanted to keep moving on. They were kind, but rushed and did not seem interested in truly fixing the problem. Since then, it has only gotten worse. I called a representative to inquire about an appointment to come back out and complete the project. My first call was never returned. I left a message. I called again, left another message and my call was not returned. I finally called to set up an appointment, and I was told that it would cost me the full price to fix the issue. Even though it was not fully fixed at the time, I was being asked to pay again--seemingly 2x for the same service. When I stated that this was unacceptable, but I would pay the difference, I was told no. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I will be going on Angie's List and other sites (especially in my neighborhood) to give a poor review of your services. I will also NOT be calling you again for ANY plumbing service. Unfortunately, you have lost a customer and have created a negative voice in my community. While this may not cause you to lose sleep, it nevertheless will hopefully cause you to lose a customer or two.

Even though I told them a refund of some kind is in order, the price was never adjusted.

The installation was the beginning of August. After four additional visits from South West Plumbing and three inspections, the city inspector approved the installation in the middle of October. The plumber rescheduled two times and tried to reschedule a third time, but I said it was promised by the operations manager that the plumber would be on time. So he came as scheduled. It took the assistance of the general manager for the job to be completed to the satisfaction of the city inspector.

Two employees showed up. They were polite and clean cut. They told me the drip could not be fixed because my shower handles and pipes were too old (70's) but for about $1200 they could tear a hole in the wall behind and install a single handle but not fix the wall. I said no thanks but had them install new kitchen faucet for which I paid too much. I looked on you tube and found out how to fix the shower for about $25. I think the plumbers lack of knowledge is sad....either that or they're just out to rip people off. I will not use them again or recommend.

Not thrilled. I think it was largely the matter not feeling like I could communicate with them so there was a attitude and there was a no we can't and there was a and I was embarrassed. It turned out okay but I wasn't okay with it.

Not good. After checking a few companies, i knew the general price was around $800 for the work i needed done. South West advertises a lot in the area and had a $50 off coupon so i gave them a shot. First, dispatch failed them. I was told between 4-6 and at 5:30 they told me they still hadn't found a plumber certified in gas and would get back to me. then about 15 minutes later, a crew shows up at the door. One experienced tech and a trainee in tow...they seemed professional enough. i had the crawl access open but he told me he didn't even need to see it. He proceeded to write an estimate for $2800.00 for 70' of piping work. When i inquired why, he told me it would take a full day. Evidently they pay their crew several hundred an hour...?? I dismissed them and told them i would not use their service. It was quite clear they were gouging. Today, i had another reputable company come and estimate and complete the work. My total was $819 including tax and the work took just over 3 hours. Turned out, it would have been cheaper but the gas was not present in the crawl space at all so they had to do some extra work. The "estimate" from SC Plumbing would have been higher on job day because of this.

I was extremely dissatisfied with South-west Plumbing service. They were suppose to keep my appointment and they cancelled on me twice causing me to miss days off work. So forth; I waited (6) hours and they never showed up. When I did call them back they finally gave me a estimate of $600.00 to $1200.00 to repair the gas hot water and heater units. I felt the price was outrageous and their attitude's was very insensative about me, as human being. Is this what Democracy is all about in the U.S.? Greedy business like this who have non caring attitudes about people as a whole. I said," no thank you" and I called anther Plumbing company. They also made me wait two days and a weekend, but once they got the correct parts, the job was done in one and a half hours.

Phenomenally. They cleaned out and then replaced a 90 year old line (a mixture of bursting and lining) while still ensuring we had full sewer access at the end of each day. Mike M and Nate were the two main people on the job and were absolute pleasures to work with. At no point did I have any concerns about the quality or professionalism of the job being done. This was a complicated job and they may sure that I understood exactly what was happening (and why) each step of the way. I cannot praise South West Plumbing or their crew enough.

They are a little expensive and I have spent thousands of dollars for them to do underground work; but my plumbing works, so that is good.

Estimate for replacing the sump pump was $2000. This is a very easy job that requires disconnecting one pump and connecting the new one. Pump Cost is $250. I did the work myself and it took me 15 minutes plus 45 to go buy the new pump...so about 1 hour total. At Southwest's prices it would be a labor cost of $1750 per hour.....extremely expensive. They had in the pass put in a new drain in the basement that failed after one year......so the quality of their work as far as I'm concerned is not good.

We had water leaking out of the toilet tank. My husband turned the water off to that toilet. The gaskets had rotted out. All of the toilets are the same age so we had all 3 rebuilt to prevent another leak. Since they were here, we had them snake one sink and install a shower head that we already had. I asked about the cost for a new kitchen faucet including a vent to prevent backup into the dishwasher but that would have been another $850. We went with the essentials. It seemed costly but I am glad we had this work done

Kurt and Justin were very professional. Knowledgeable, and efficient. They did a complimentary plumbing inspection for the house I was preparing to sell and gave me a heads up as to what will come up in the inspection, which was an appreciated bonus. I would definitely use them again.
