Description of Work: Joseph came with well-prepared gears. His mobile-shop like truck has all kinds of accessories and equipment in-stock. Our bathtub had water backed up and two toilets were completely clogged. He inspected and gave us a reasonable quote ($340 after coupon). We agreed on the price, which includes a 30-day one-time unclogging service. He snaked through the clean-out pipe in the yard to unclog the main sewer line. It took him about 10 minutes (50ft long cable) to open up the clogged sewer line. Joseph is knowledgeable and professional. Very satisfied with his work. Would recommend to families and friends.

Description of Work: According to their radio ads they are "The one to call" - I called 206-209-0650 to inquire about servicing my heat pump, which is dripping a lot of moisture from the heat exchange/condenser section. On Tuesday, they committed to arriving Friday between 8-noon. Requested the day off work to be here. Then they called 3:30pm Thursday to ask more questions, which was a bit annoying as I'd already provided all this info, but the result was the scheduler told me they only have one Heat Pump technician and he was booked until sometime a week or two out. REALLY???? So why did you schedule me and wait 2-1/2 days to finally tell me that you were full of BS and really don't have anyone? When I asked more questions the response I got - even from the supervisor - was simply "We're really sorry." . That won't fix my heat pump, it won't replace the wasted time-off from work, and it's completely useless and unprofessional. NEVER USE THESE GUYS!!!!

Description of Work: My 93 year old mother was so upset by the plumber sent out by Southwest plumbing she refused to have him come back and finish the job. He charged her almost $800 for cutting holes in her walls looking for a leak. He claimed he replaced something but we couldn't find it. We fixed the leak ourselves and are repairing the drywall. We'll never call them again.
