The installers were punctual, competent and professional. They communicated any issues and expectations up front. Quotes were accurate and clearly detailed all charges. Installers cleaned up after they finished the job and also cleaned the garage door windows.

Great job. Had a single wide residential garage door that was squeaking and shuddering during operation. Jon was friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. He said the symptoms reflected a common issue related to worn pulleys. Appreciated that Jon gave me the option of (1) lubricating the pulleys for a lower cost or (2) replacing the pulleys for a higher cost. I chose to have the pulleys replaced. He got it fixed in less than an hour. Would recommend Sound Door Services to my family and friends.

Jon was great at giving me a call back on the same day I left him a message. He gave me a two hour window when he could do the repair the very next day, but I had to be out during that time. I left him an unlocked door leading into my garage and he was there well within that window. He gave me a call when he had finished the job and I am happy to say that we can now park my car in the garage.

I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. I wanted to replace a bent door and get both the double and single doors replaced and matched. I also wanted more light in the garage with some modern windows at the top. Definitely quality work. Great advice and options. Highly recommended!

Sound door services gave us the best estimate for replacing 3 garage door openers. They showed up on time, worked hard, and took extra time to get our cars programmed. They even came back the following week after having trouble programming one of the cars. Great service, great value.

Excellent, as always. Over the years Sound Door has replaced broken springs on my residence and my rental property. They always come through in a timely manner and explain things in an understandable way.

James called 15 minutes in advance of the scheduled time to inform us he was on his way. James arrived as scheduled and thoroughly checked the garage door and the opener. He lubricated the door and checked the door for balance and the opener for operations. He noticed that the supporting bracket for belt drive was loose. He attached a reinforcement bracket to firmly fix the bracket to the forward garage wall to strengthen the belt drive. I would strongly recommend Sound Door Services for your garage door needs.

Prompt response, very professional and courteous, able to get the repair done the same day. I received quotes from numerous other businesses and their prices were fair. Jon came out to give an estimate. He gave me different options, and worked with me to stay within my budget. The new ones were installed two weeks later. The guys were efficient, timely and professional. The doors were installed perfectly and look beautiful. They tested out the motors to make sure they could still raise and lower the new doors correctly. Sound Doors did a great job.

The team did a good job - they were service oriented and cared that it was done correctly. There was a very small issue detected after installation - they showed up the next day to get it right to my satisfaction (which they did quickly.)
