Very happy with the work performed. Chris came out at the agreed upon time. He was friendly and knowledgeable, figured out the issue quickly. Replaced the wrong springs and fixed damaged part. He also performed some maintenance by lubing the tracks and moving parts.would highly recommend and use them again.

Started off with a miscommunication about what day to show up, but when he did, he was in and out within an hour!! I read online that spring replacements can take up to 2 hours. He told me that i would be better served by having 2 springs to help distribute the load after the door being a double wide. I had always thought my door only need one since I only have one door. Now when I opened my garage door, it opens faster, much quieter and the HUGE gap where I used to see daylight from the sides has now shrunk by at least 90%! It’s like total darkness in the garage instead of partially lit. I am so happy that we chose Sound Door Services, LLC to fix our problem.

They explained all the options and after I had decided to have it installed, they very professionally put it in. It works great.

Excellent. Jon spent time upfront to assure we had the dual doors with dual side motors in the color and arrangement we wanted. Workers arrived a bit early, were very pleasant & professional, and removed the old single-motor doors & installed two new doors with lighting, dual info pads, and external pad in roughly 7 hrs. I hadn’t noticed but one external trim flap had a small cut; they pointed it out to me and ordered & replaced it in a couple weeks. It’s an excellent system - no problems over past month.

Everything went well. They quickly analysed the issue (torsion spring had broken), went and got parts, replaced, and tuned up the garage door. They were efficient, and provided good service. The door opening and closing is now much quieter when opening and closing, and works like it was first installed.

Called Sound Garage Door upon our return from vacation when I heard a spring uncoil rapidly when I closed the garage door. They were able to schedule a service call within 48 hours to assess the repairs needed. Parts needed to be ordered, but the technician return the next day to install the parts and complete the work. In addition, the company extended a military discount for the parts & labor. Very professional staff and very responsive.

Received a quick reply to my inquiry and scheduled the replacement as soon as I was available the next day. Jon arrived and was personable while talking through the repair. Cost was as quoted and he was done in well under an hour. Absolutely would recommend.

The technicians called when they were on the way to give me an ETA. They were super friendly and polite, they were very careful to explain everything before they started, and also after they finished (before I paid them). The work comes with an excellent warranty, and I felt that the price was reasonable. They were recommended by our original garage door installer (he couldn't get out to do the repair in a good time frame), and I was very impressed.

Awesome service, they came out quicker than anyone. Their time estimate for when work could be done was quicker. Their price was lower. Yet, their quality was great. Install went well. They were here right at 1pm and finished the job in 20 minutes.

Sound Door Service was great to work with from getting a quote to the completing the installation.I had both the double garage door and the single garage door replaced on our 3 car garage. They were very responsive to my inquiry; Chris answered all my questions and explained the process and gave me an itemized quote with the options I wanted to consider. Jon then revised the estimate with what we wanted and scheduled the installation on the day that worked best for me. The crew showed on time, were very polite and friendly and completed the job on time, then made a final adjustment on the garage door opener. I highly recommend Sound Door Service.

Balen did a good job replacing both torsion springs on my 16x7 garage door, as well as the pulley cables. Quoted price was higher than the other two Angie's List garage door repair services, but I went with them because they were the first contractor to respond.

Sound Door came out and diagnosed the problem very quickly as a spring that was ready to go. They changed both springs and added safety straps to that door and another that were not there previously. This was all done very quickly and the price was very reasonable.

Great service. They worked late on a Friday to fit me in. Competitive pricing.

I usually don't write review. But cound't help writing one for this business. Off the bat their quote turned out the lowest one for a high quality garage doors we needed. Not sure how these guys even make profts/$$ with that kind of pricing. Very honest and gets the job done, no fuss, no mess, no hidden charges or late surprises. Seems like a small company with few staff who knows their job well. No marketing gimmick, and they stick to their quote. Guys who come for install as well did a remarkable job. If you are in market for completely new door especially (pretty much comes with every hardware you can think of), absolutely look no further, their one quote would suffice :)
