He lubed the door and showed me where to adjust the door so it would open with more power. He was fast, professional and explained the nuances of the opening mechanism and remote control. I would recommend the company for anyone with a garage door challenge.

Wonderful service. Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. They helped us understand what could be done ourselves and what kind of maintenance/repair work would require a professional. They did not try and up-sell us into doing anything more than the basic tune-up and was honest about our garage door system being in good shape. Chris from Sound Door arrived at the agreed appointment time. He was professional and courteous. The garage door cables that are attached to the springs came off because I have a low profile compact Wayne Dalton idrive garage door opener. Chris was able to quickly reattached the cables and reset the spring tension so the garage door opener would work properly again. I'm very happy with the service.

The overall experience was excellent. The technician, Chris, was very polite, personable and knowledgeable. He carried out a routine service on our garage door and replaced the opener bracket that had fallen off a week earlier. The opener bracket had fallen off as one of the torsion springs had broken so he replaced both of these springs too. He seemed very honest, hard-working and competent. He answered my various questions and showed me how to lubricate the rollers in order to keep them in good-working condition. I will have no hesitation about calling this company again when we have our next routine service or for any garage door repairs. Sound Door Services is a trustworthy, honest business which I would highly recommend.

It was pretty okay. It seemed to be a pretty simple job but the charge was like $49, so they didn't really do too much other than to give some advice but I guess that's okay.

Work was performed in a professional manner and the service tech gave me good advice about the life span of the garage door spring and what to expect when we need to replace it. Our noisy garage door now runs quietly!

I usually do installations myself but I had to have them come out and see if everything is well fixed. I have not used anybody else for garage doors but them.

Technician arrived 10 minutes early. My garage door was not closing completely every time and would sometimes open on it's own. Technician removed part of a board that was binding the top of the door and also serviced the door. Technician answered questions and was very nice and helpful. Tech suggested a new door in a couple of years as this one was a little tight for the frame which is also causing a little binding. Would use again.

They were very good. Not only replaced my broken garage door hinges, but also adjusted the chains to make less noise and prevent hinges, oiled the all the hinges and tracks. Service is very very good.

I got an appointment scheduled quickly and the technician arrived on-time on the scheduled day. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the garage door system (we recently moved into this home) he gave good suggestions and information about the system we have in place. The old garage door opener stopped working the prior day. I called Sound Door on Monday morning and they were out by noon the same day. Very good response time. Everything went well with the installation of the new opener.

They were very easy to work with. I had to shift the schedule a few times due to family emergencies and they graciously made it easy to adjust. When they arrived it turned out the situation was more complicated than expected. The garage door opener was not properly supported. They went and got the parts from a store close by and went ahead and did the repairs during the same visit since I had set time aside to be there for the visit that day. The cost was reasonable, and when they realized it would be more than a tune up they talked with me about options and cost. Overall a great company to do business with.

The technician was a little late due to traffic, which was understandable. He analyzed the door noise and watched the closing and opening action. While he didn't think it was a major problem, he tried some adjustments and made sure there wasn't a larger problem or safety issue. It was a rather simple maintenance visit, but it was handled well.
