Simply Land Survey

Having the need for a topo survey, I requested three bids, two from prior providers and Simply Land Survey. I got the lead from KynaDesign, my selected architect. Hong was easy to talk to, flexible with the schedule, and clearly a hard working guy. His price was in the middle of the other two, but his willingness to meet my schedule made him preferable over the others. The final result was very fast, ad explained to me thoroughly. A great value for the money.

Hong communicated well, walked through the results with me, and quickly answered my one question about the survey map.

They were exceptional at a reasonable cost for the survey to establish accurate property lines. They were very professional and trustworthy. I learned a lot about our property lines, which were not shown accurately in the title report.

They first explained how the process will work, came on time for the survey work and did a great job explaining and walking through the process. When I requested few additional boundary stakes, they were open to the request and scheduled an appointment for the same. I'd recommend Simply Land Survey for any boundary survey related jobs.

Our neighbor clearcut our trees so I hired Simply Survey to verify and stake out our property line. They came on site right after New Years and were so efficient, professional and patient with all of my questions. They explained the drawing and helped me to record it with the county as well which is important. Mike is very responsive and knowledgeable.
