RUSSELL'S QUALITY CONSTRUCTION

Unfortunately, despite the quality work claims and quoted "reasonable price" we have had Russell out numerous times to repair shoddy work performed. We still have not yet addressed all issues, and had to have other contractors come in to identify problems and complete portions of the work that RQC said they would address. The estimate was over price, the parts were from a local hardware store, the promises were grand and the execution was poor. We have leaks from the tub to the kitchen with video and photos. We are trying to work with Russell, who seems somewhat responsive, but the repairs are band aids to the overall poor quality of work performed and at this point we are considering a claim in court. We had Russell out several times after to address the cracks in the grout and the leaks. On the last visit he applied silicone all the areas on the shower with cracks in the grout and left it at that. Shortly thereafter, the grout throughout the bathroom cracked again and the silicon began to peel away and grow mold. His offer for resolution after this was to give me a discount for future work. I have given up on working with this contractor and want him to pay for someone else to come out and fix the grout. I already had to have a separate company come out during the contract to install the glass shower doors because they would not let him purchase the materials without the appropriate measurements.
