Description of Work: Sales rep showed up on time for our scheduled appointment, then did not respond to our emailed request afterwards for more detailed pricing. We might consider products in the future if we know individual costs of windows and doors, rather than just the total sum. $75K is a lot of money to not be accounted for.

Description of Work: As I called to schedule the initial site visit to determine the scope and estimate, they made it clear their windows are very expensive and they tried to quote me a price for something they had not even seen nor had the scope been determined. This was an apparent attempt to detour me from using their service. They even made the comment, "It seems as though we may not be the right provider for you" and they hadn't even looked at the job.

Description of Work: I need to replace one window in my home. I bought the big deal to cover $1000 cost. The provider came to my home for an estimate and told me that there was minimum $3000 requirement. It is about double the cost for one window. I wish the big deal could be more direct about the provider's offer, which is " save $701 for any work more than $3000" instead of "save $701 for $1000". Overall, I got good response from the provider. Although I will not get the service, I do appreciate the estimate and suggestions they provided.
