Description of Work: They replaced three of my windows: one bedroom window and two large living room and a family room window. The also installed a sliding glass door with inserts in the window so it had a window pane look. I don't know the term. They were very courteous, punctual and good at what they do. One of the managers came over when were painting the sliding door. He helped us get the door out of the runner so we could paint behind the wood. Also had window replaced and a corner window replaced (originally, 4 windows on 2 sides of the sink for a view and had it replaced with two large view windows. Excellent overall.

Description of Work: They ordered and installed 15 windows and 3 sliding glass doors. They made suggestions of a different style of windows in a couple of places, which was absolutely the right way to go, both in style to go with the house and also with functionality. They did a first class professional job of installation and their customer service was fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves. We sold that house and bought a new one and I wish I had the windows in my new house. When these go bad, I will definitely be calling them again.

Description of Work: Coltin Gilles and Dane Marshall performed the installation of my new windows and door. Their attitude was very good. They were friendly and cheerful and a pleasure to have around. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They frequently asked my opinion on actions that they were going to take. This was very much appreciated as I have had contractors in the past who just did what they wanted without asking my opinion. I am very happy with the installation process and the final product.

Description of Work: The windows look beautiful, a huge upgrade from old aluminum frames. The price was huge, and I will get several bids before doing any other improvements, but they did a great job. 3 days work, a total of 26 windows installed. 3 months after install I notice 4 window moldings that are not lined up properly, called Anderson and Joel immediately responded, they will be out to fix on the 2nd of July.

Description of Work: We had an estimate done for complete window and patio door replacement for an old Ballard 1924 Bungalow. Although we did not decide to go through with the replacement of our windows and doors at this time, we believe in the quality of their product and will probably use them in the future. We decided to address other more affordable projects for now. Our rep was informative, sensitive to our time and needs, and empathetic when we made our decision to wait.
