Description of Work: We replaced our windows with their product. We can't say enough about the great experience. The windows are excellent. They block hot sun in the and keep rooms warmer in cooler/cold months. The sliders work perfectly and the screens are barely noticeable. After a year and a half, our patio umbrella blew into one of the screens and ripped it. They replaced it for free. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful - professional, timely, knowledgeable. These windows cost more than the competition, but there is no comparison. We had windows from Washington Energy Services and they're junk. You get what you pay for and Renewal's windows are worth the extra money hands down.

Description of Work: Over 3 year period I had the original windows replaced in 1920's house. They worked with me to match and keep cost reasonable. Making good suggestions that saved money without loss of efficiency or quality. The installers were prompt, professional and cleaned up afterwards.

Description of Work: They were very good. They installed the windows on time and very well. They completely cleaned up after themselves. They did the window first I asked for so that the dog could go back outside. They were very courteous. I had Ryan and Lincoln.They covered the floors, furniture, and carpets.

Description of Work: Replaced two older windows in our home and expanded the window space. The windows work well and are a big improvement. We had to get some trim work redone to better match the space.

Description of Work: Renewal by Andersen installed six windows and one sliding door. Their prices are on the high side, but their product is excellent. The installers were very courteous. I especially appreciated that they asked for my input on everything that they did. It has been approximately nine months since the new windows and door were installed and I am still very satisfied with the product.

Description of Work: We had them replace all of the front windows at our house. They did a great job and I love the windows. They were pricey but the windows look great.

Description of Work: The 6 medium size windows ($2K apiece) are fine but the handles aren't very heavy weight relative to the weight of the glass. these windows swing out. But the installers scratched the inside of my window molding trim very badly and said nothing. My husband notice when I was showing him the new window. I called and wrote emails and I think even a formal letter. Finally they sent someone out who spent abut10 minutes putting some putty across the deep scratches but the whole thing really has to be sanded and repainted and its an oil paint job. They warn about this as possible damage, but sales people minimize. so if you have painted molding not sure what to suggest. Mostly what disturbed me was the ethics of them not mentioning it and my need to pester them to get back to me. Also I discovered months later they'd also knocked my gutter loose on my upstairs roof; gutter was hanging useless, --- another bit of damage NOT mentioned. It had been months since installation, so I didn't bother with the hassle of complaining, but no one else had been near that window but them. I had spent a lot of time writing letters but frankly after all the gushing about service .....frankly, it just wasn't there with the installation. These are expensive windows. they seem to insulate well, but they should develop a way to install with less impact or really explain you might have to paint to fix your windowsills. Also they hounded me a bit too much.
