They did an excellent job

I am very very happy with their work. We expect the work to take a few days but they sent enough people to get it done in an 8 hour period. The work was excellent. They worked quickly. They were very professional and friendly. They did their work with a smile. They had excellent knowledge and capabilities about their trade. The actual windows were better quality then any of the other windows I had looked at while shopping around for the windows.

Great! We love the windows. It's much warmer and quieter in the house. I'm interested in seeing how much cooler the house will be in the summer (southern exposure). The rep met us at home in the evening to talk about the products and provide an estimate. We got 3 estimates. This one was the middle price, but we decided to go with Anderson because of the reputation and the ease of working with them. I went to the showroom on a Saturday, checked out the display and placed the deposit. Windows took about 8 weeks to make. They had illness on the crew when we were getting installed, so that put us back another 2 weeks (my schedule is hard to adjust). Workmanship was excellent. The installers were on time, neat and very competent. We liked them a lot. I would definitely use them again. Remember - cheapest isn't always best.

Overall, I'm pleased with the quality of the product. These are "high-end" windows in terms of quality and price. We feel the positive difference in terms of comfort and the aesthetics of the view out the windows. That said, the project required two phases of installation because the sliding glass door and one entry door were not timely delivered by the supplier. One door had a slight defect that was creatively corrected by adding a little caulking. Both teams of installers were professional and courteous. The Operations Manager was responsive to my questions and concerns about what I perceived as slowness in the project and he ensured that it was done timely. My nagging question is given what I paid, is a 3 month time frame from order to installation really outstanding service?

I never knew how much windows can make a difference in a room. We noticed in the summer the rooms did not need air conditioning as the windows did such a good job of keeping out the heat. The process took 3 months which is quite long, but they did tell us the time frame. The installers were great and also installed the interior wood trim. They even put up extra siding for the bathroom window when it did not fit quite right. These are expensive windows and I'm not a window expert. They are gorgeous and I don't regret what we paid, but maybe next time I might shop around a bit more on price. On the other hand, I like them so much we will probably use them again because they have lived up to what they said they would.

They were very pleasant people to work with. They were reliable, punctual, and very competent. I really enjoy how my house looks now. I thought the price was high, but it was definitely worth it.

The sales part for this company was really good. They did take the time to answer all my questions. I really liked the quality of the windows. The price seemed to be very reasonable as well. It took them about 3 weeks to get my windows in and be able to schedule the work.

Renewal by Andersen took on the "wall of window" work that other contractors would not. In all they did a nice job despite running into difficulties. The crew was professional and on-time. Our issues have regarded mainly "finish" problems--the front door had to be adjusted 3 times, screens that were missing needed to be ordered, a crew showed up lacking the moulding needed to finish a window that was installed. In all these were irritations--the core part of the installation was done well and we very much like how the windows look.

Renewal by Andersen was wonderful. The sales representative we worked with, George, was very informative and low pressure. Throughout the process he and his team stayed in touch with us. Their installation team was very professional and kept our house clean throughout the installation. Replaced 12 windows in 1 1/2 days and did a fantastic job. The windows themselves are absolutely wonderful and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The cost was more than other windows out there but we feel they're worth every penny.

I was very impressed with the salesperson, who spent a fair amount of time explaining the product, and showing me samples of the windows, and explaining why his product was the best idea. I appreciated the time he devoted to this, and although he was $2,000 more, I chose him over the last guy because I felt confident in his product.

Overall experience was terrific! George, the sales rep was extremely helpful. He helped figure out what we really wanted for the wall where the windows were expanded. The construction crew came on the scheduled day, worked hard, were easy to work with, didn't complain, were professional. The job was completed in just four days, on time and on budget. The workmanship was superb.
