Coltin & Brock were our install guys. Originally we were scheduled for 3 install days, but these guys got the job done in 2 days, even in the rain and wind. They were very courteous of our home and the things in it. They also did a very good job of making sure everything was cleaned up at the end the day. We are very please with the look of the windows.

It couldn't have gone better. Chris and Matt Ventoza, cousins, did the installation. Both were skilled and professional. They showed up on time both days, and worked hard the entire time they were there. They were very respectful of my home and when they left you would never have known they'd been there except for all the beautiful new windows. I was concerned about my new carpet, paint and recently re-finished wood floors, but my concerns were needless. I would highly recommend Renewal by Anderson for replacement windows to anyone and Chris and Matt are a very large part of why I am so happy I chose them for this job!

We had a great experience with Renewal by Andersen. Curt, the sales agent, was very nice and listened to what we wanted and our concerns. The initial meeting was very sales-pitchy for the first hour (it is clearly a set pitch and they are clearly required to go through it), which we found a bit annoying, but after that was done, we had a really good experience going through what we wanted and getting the estimate. While really expensive (similar to a custom built window), we were finally sold on the fact that they claimed they would take care of everything except for the paining on the interior and any real structural issues to the house. Waylin, Casper, and Lincoln were the intallers and they showed up on time (in fact a little early) and worked non-stop throughout the day to get our windows in. They had to pull out some horribly installed old windows and fix quite a bit of framing, which they did custom on location in a rain storm. They even fixed a few preexisting holes in our old framing and trim. They cleaned up everything and we have absolutely no mess or dust in our house. Would use them again without concern. Fantastic service! The windows look great and we felt the installers were nothing but professional.

This is the second time we have used this vendor in the past year. We had new windows installed on one level of our home and followed up doing the balance of our home this year. The staff is outstanding from the salesman Dave to the service department where Erin was always on top of things. The installers always arrived on time and were very hard workers. Monty did an outstanding job on the detail work involving many angle cuts and serious detail work. He was assisted by Dave and Monte. The crew put in long hours each day to get the job done in time for the arrival of our painter. The work areas were always clean, furniture was covered and drop cloths were always put down each morning and taken up at the end of the day. We had very little disruption in our home and would recommend this company and staff highly!

They arrived on time and began working immediately. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well after they were finished with their work. The installers, Waylin and Lincoln were friendly and courteous. I have a broken leg and they even cleaned up a couple things on my deck for me that I couldn't get to!! They truly went above and beyond.

I would like to commend the ?Renewals by Andersen? team for their excellence in their field. Andy, the sales representative, provided an excellent presentation of the benefits of the Andresen windows and has been very personable to work with. I met two people in the warehouse who provided excellent, courteous service as well. I had 11 windows replaced by the installing team comprised of Chris Ventoza and his assistants, Monte and Vincent. They were a very impressive team from the start. When they arrived on the first day, they spent the first hour laying cloth covers over my carpeting and draping all the furniture with plastic to prevent dust buildup from their activities. At the end of each day they removed the covers and replaced them at the beginning of the next day. The fellows were very personable and very task oriented. They didn?t waste any time and I didn?t even see them take lunch breaks. All three of the installers were very efficient and respectful of my home. The workmanship was excellent. I was impressed with not only the quality of the windows but in their attention to detail on the installation? perfectly matching miters, perfect joints and perfect fits of the wood wraps as they met the window frames. The fellows were very attentive to my questions. It is very obvious the entire Andersen team is service oriented. I am immensely pleased with my windows and heartily recommend this organization to anyone who is considering their product. The value is certainly present with this product. Sincerely, John Hartman. From the initial call, to the sales rep, to the install guys, Monty and Dane, everyone was terrific. The windows speak for themselves. Aside from them being very expensive, the quality and the service was top notch.

Monty and the two Matt's arrived on time and were professional in every sense of the word. In fact, the crew was comparable to the best service folks I've encountered during our nearly 40 years as homeowners. There was not a single period of 'down time' during their entire stay. It rained h****** the first day (nearly all day) yet the care they took in covering the inside and outside of the house prevented any damage or soiling. In order to reuse an expensive sliding panel blind for our sliding door, they had to literally custom-build the frame around the door to make everything work. The finished product was stunning. The door and windows are amazingly well made. I would welcome Monty and the two Matt's back into our home anytime to do more work. Their boss, Sio, came by on the first day to check the crew's progress and to see if we were happy with the work done thus far. Sio is a very friendly professional and my previous dealing with him during the initial measuring of the windows was extremely positive. I can't forget Josh, our sales person: he provided us with a thorough explanation of their product and did not apply any pressure to purchase their expensive, but top quality and service, windows and doors. All in all, an excellent experience.

Monty and Dane - the Renewal installers - were very professional. They arrived on time, and completed the work in the time that they had allocated (two days). They were very knowledgeable about their product, and did excellent work. The work area was spotless when they left. Well done!

The project went very well. Our sales agent, Carol, did a nice job of explaining the various options in window and door replacements. Carol has a very good knowledge of windows and doors. She made several recommendations which we are very pleased with. The pricing was a premium, as is the the quality of the windows and doors. The installation was preformed by Nick, Colin, and Brad. They were very professional; always on time, pleasant, worked a full day, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Their workmanship was superb, their years of experience was on display. We were extremely impressed with the overall company. They employ quality people with years of experience. They design and manufacture a quality product that looks great on our house. The doors are solid and secure, the windows are easy to operate, and the screens can not been seen. Unbelievable. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Renewal by Anderson to anyone looking for quality windows and doors.

The two workers (Coltin and Dan) were there on time, did a good job setting up and completing the install (despite having to do it all in a thunderstorm). They were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable--and the result looks great!

If you buy from Renewal by Andersen, ask for Vantha and Steve. These guys showed up on time every day, set up by covering all the areas they'd walk on with clean tarps. They did impeccable work - the moulding has perfectly mitered corners, and I never thought I'd notice a caulk line before - but when its flawless - you notice. Highly recommend this team. Our windows look great - and we have already noticed the house is staying cooler thanks to the standard glass Andersen uses. I actually asked my son to feel the carpet and compare how warm the section where the sun hit the carpet thru the Andersen glass versus a French door that was not replaced by Andersen - there was a noticable difference,

I am not sure the category is right since it keeps talking about the provider, this is a window replacement company. We thought it would take 2 days to replace the windows but they were done with everything and the clean up in only one day which was great! They arrived on time and went right to work. They worked very hard all day and did a wonderful job. The windows look wonderful! They had to move some furniture that we had not gotten moved far enough away from the windows but they did it quickly and efficiently. Everything was taken away when they left, the windows they removed and anything else used in the project. They put tarps down so even the small pieces were taken away and did not go into the grass to become a problem when mowing the lawn. I would use this window service again when we decide to replace other windows. I had trouble finding this company on Angle's List even though I got their name from your list.

We enjoyed working with the saleman Mo MIrza. We had an A list and a B list, and he was willing to quote them separately. The installation was done by Coltin Gilles and Waylin Eckley. They were professional and polite. They arrived and left on time, protected the inside of the house from dust, and cleaned up afterwards. This company has a way of replacing windows that does not damage the siding (unlike our experience with another contractor replacing a different set of windows). We've had no problems with the windows or siding.

Two person team to remove the old windows and wall / french door combination. Installers were Coltia Gilles and Waylia Eckley Installers were very organized and able to do all of removal and installation in a respectful and efficient way. No ancillary damage to the home was incurred, despite significant remodel efforts. Very clean and thoughtful in their approach to work. Every element of the installation was handled in a profession manner: ample floor and carpet protection used, vacuum was used continuously to reduce dust and debris. Windows and Slider were as advertised, fit very well and installed with minimum problems. Andersen also coordinated Electron and Masonry work for a complete job. Note: Installation only includes rough dry wall repair and first coat of tape / mud. Homeowner is left to do or secure final staining of windows and painting of impacted areas

All interactions with the company were positive. Carol Evans, the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and nice, and bent over backwards to ensure that was got what we wanted within what the company offered. She had good design sense, and we are very happy with the windows we got. Coltin Gilles and Waylin Eckley were extraordinarily skilled at their jobs, and worked seamlessly well as a team. I can't imagine anyone better at the job than they were. They were pleasant, and courteous, and kept us informed about what they were doing, when they were going to arrive and leave. There were no surprises. They were incredibly efficient, and the windows in our house took 4 days, and in our daughters house it took 2 days. This included repair of several rotted areas around 3 of the windows. The office staff answered questions and concerns to our satisfaction before the work began, and was proactive in finding answers. When they were done the only evidence was a small scatter of sawdust on the driveway. The plants were undamaged, all the work areas were vacuumed and clean. The work was unavoidably noisy at times, and i took refuge elsewhere for a while in full confidence that the house was safe in their hands. Before they left, they made sure that we knew how every window operated and how to treat the unfinished wood areas. Even though all the windows went into existing spaces, it seems that we have much more light everywhere. Bravo!

The work is excellent. You wouldn't even know that they were there because they always leave the area clean. They are very pleasant to work with and are courteous when it comes to being in our home. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent product and marvelous attention to detail from the installers. Took a little longer than anticipated due to problems with our building, but the installers kept us updated and informed throughout the process. We are thoroughly enjoying the new doors.

This provider first came to the front door and because I needed a window done, I agreed to make an appointment (despite some strange system where by we had to talk to the office to confirm information that we had just given to the door-to-door person). Fine. Then they call to confirm the appointment, where I have to confirm my information again (third time) and they insist that BOTH my husband and myself be there for the appointment. I told them no, but they were really insistent, until I got seriously peeved. Then they apologized very nicely and we confirmed the appointment. However, I was becoming really uncomfortable with how they were handling the whole process so I came to Angie's List to look at the reviews (the reviews on their own website by the way were all glowing). Overall, they seem to provide a high quality product and they would be the type of company I would call. However, several other reviewers complained about their insistence on both homeowners being there (as one woman said, they insisted on the Mr being there, this is 2014 for goodness sake) and their overly aggressive sales pitch. I have found, through painful experience, when people want both decision makers there, they are hoping to get you to make a snap decision (so you don't have the cooling period time it takes to convey the information to your partner). This method can only be used a few times before customers twig on, after which is becomes transparent. They give some reason that the information is soooooo complicated that if they don't have both people there they have to come back to give the sales pitch again. A few points to the company: 1) If we want one person to get the information, it is our decision - it is not the decision of a window company to decide how we wish to run our appointments. 2) We are fully capable of conveying information to our partner, a person we are very used to communicating very well with (you'd hope!) and if somehow we can't, oh well, if you want the work, by all means come again and expend a bit more effort (I also told them they could leave a brochure). 3) I pointed out to them that if they took accurate measurements, and we changed specifications, it would be a simple matter of math to simply plug in the specs and come up with a revised price. This is after all the age of computers. 4) I pointed out that their concern for their time (to get my business by the way) is weighed against my concern for our time. It is not OUR JOB to listen to a window sales pitch; it is THEIR JOB to get business. It is totally my husband's job to go to work at his job (instead of listening to sales pitches) so that he can earn enough to pay for windows. Anyway, not impressed by their lack of respect for the customer's time. 5) In any case, if I had decided to consider their bid seriously, I would definitely have come back with more questions. There is no question of that. If I call you back for more information it means I am taking you seriously, so embrace more questions! Embrace the chance to talk more to us! I called up to cancel the appointment. If this is the way they do business, I know I will just be further annoyed by whatever policies the company decide to get their employees to execute. One reviewer said that it is clear that these people are just doing their job and carrying out the company policy - I tend to agree, because there is such a high degree of control over the process that the individual employee seems almost squashed under the requirements. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, polite and professional, my annoyance is not at them personally. It is amazing that you can hire such excellent staff and still annoy a customer by policies. I also told them to remove me from their database completely, and I hope they do that.

I wanted Renewal By Andersen of Seattle to take a look at a particular window that I am having problems with but they want me to make a committment before they would come out.
