Renewal By Andersen of Washington

Renewal by Andersen replaced 2 of my windows. The installers, Waylin and David M, did a great job. They were very polite and professional, they kept my house clean, they were very effiecient and the windows look amazing. I'm not sure how they could have done a better job. I am very pleased with the finished product. Renewal by Andersen costs a bit more than some of the competition, but in the end, i am glad I spent the extra money.

Working with Renewal by Andersen has been a great experience. Everyone at the company seems to care about making sure we are very happy with the outcome of our project, and that we are. Waylin and David M were our installers and we couldn't be more happy with the work they did. They did and amazing job installing and finishing the windows, but we are just as impressed with the way they worked together and worked through the issues that arise in construction projects. They called before they arrived and were on time every day of each phase of our project. Waylin is extremely knowledgeable and cares a great deal about doing excellent work. We are so pleased that we were able to have these two installers do our project and we would hire them again in a heartbeat! We don't have any more windows or doors to replace, but if we did, we would hire Renewal by Andersen again. Thank you for doing such an amazing job!

Waylin and David M did a great job installing our 14 windows and 1 door. They were on time, organized, had all their own tools and cleaned up very well. Waylin was very helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. I've never seen someone hustle like David! These two are a GREAT install team! The job that they did exceeded our expectations in every way. They did top notch good quality work. We highly recommend Renewal by Andersen and Waylin to install windows in anyone's house. The price was high, but the quality was "A". I would use them again if the price was right. What I didn't like was the high price. I had a bid of $2000 but their quality wasn't that good. These were my big picture windows so I went with the better quality. They were very professional, very good. They even replaced the screen on my patio door for no charge so that was nice.

I will not use Anderson again because the representative that came out warned me that Window prices had gone up a little from when I originally purchased 7 years ago , which makes complete sense. When the representative arrive we disussed what they had done before and how the new windows would be much simpler as the original windows were all either large double double hung(5'x3') or bay windows.( 10'x4') The two window I wanted to replace were much smaller ( 3'X4') and no functioning . He took mesurements and then informed me that he cost of the two windows would be over 8k. I was shocked by this as all of my other windows combined were about 16K total. I mentioned this to the rep and he said that if I signed right then that I he could lower the cost to 6k. I told him no, I was not willing to pay that amount , so he then refigured his numbers and took it down to 4.5K ( but complaining about how the company would be losing money), but told me that I I would have to agree to the cost right then. I told him that I was not interested, but that I would think about it. As he packed up to leave he stated that if I did not sign the contract before he got in his car that I would never be able to get the price again and that the cost would go back up to 8k. The high pressure tactics that they used were ridiculous and while and I am happy with the windows that I purchased years ago. I will not do business with Anderson again because of this experience.

The RBA team of Waylin, Lincoln, David M. and Chris J. arrived at my house first thing in the morning and worked HARD until around 8 pm to finish the job in under a day. They had 8 windows and some construction to do (to enlarge a window) and the finished work is excellent. The windows themselves are beautiful and a huge upgrade from the existing double-pane windows. Really impressive installers and fantastic windows.

This is our first major project on our home and we are so extremely pleased with the final result!!! We had two windows on the south side of our house with broken seals and dry rot in the surrounding frames and sills. We were worried that the damage would continue to spread so we made the windows our highest home-project priority. Waylin and David are exceptional installers and carpenters. While keeping me informed of the inevitable issues that come up in any reconstruction they took full charge of the project from set up to finish work. They were well-organized and had all of the tools and extra materials they required at hand. They were prepared for all situations, heavy rain, wasps, extensive rot and design revisions and handled all seamlessly, total pros!. Our new window and french door are so beautiful, sturdy and well-crafted and our south wall, because of the reconstruction of the framing and removal of dry rot is now structurally sound which is reassuring. It was an expensive project but we wanted it done right and it turned out even better than we imagined and well worth it. When they were finished they left everything clean, finished and put away. Without hesitation we would work with Renewal by Anderson and their awesome installers Waylin and David again!!!

They far exceeded our expectations as far as customer service goes and quality. Today we had Lincoln, Chris J and Brett wrapping up the job. Yesterday we also had Vincent and Gerardo . Again all of the guys were totally friendly, efficient and worked great together . We really enjoyed interacting with them and I thrilled with our windows.

Very well! The windows were installed on time and the crew we had were very nice young men who worked diligently the entire time (our project took almost a week as some dry rot was found, which meant our general contractor had to fix that before the windows could go in). Although we the price was pretty hefty, they are very high quality windows and so beautiful. We're very happy with our decision to go with Renewal by Andersen.

From the time I made the first phone call until the doors were completely installed, this was a very professional organization. All appointments were absolutely on time, the schedulers were flexible and helpful and the installers (Lincoln, Chris J. and Tyler) were top-notch. They arrived on time, completed the job professionally and cleaned up at the end so that, other than new doors, we would never know they had been here. I would definitely work with this organization again.

Working with Renewal by Andersen has been like a breath of fresh air. There are so many contractors out there who promise one thing yet deliver something far inferior. Everyone whom we worked with was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes of meeting Curt our design consultant, I felt confident that we had chosen the right company. Curt took the time to listen to what our needs were and then explained why Andersen windows would be a good fit for us. We didn't know anything about composite window frames, but after Curt explained the design and manufacturing process, we knew these were the windows for us. Nick came out to measure the windows and collect a color sample so that the new interior trim would be a perfect match to what we already have. He did an amazing job! You can't even tell that it's new wood. It's a perfect color match! The real stars of this company are the installers. In my experience, it has often been the oposite. You worry about who is going to show up to do the work on your house. Well, put your mind at ease. These guys are old fashioned good! They called 30 minutes before they arrived to let us know they were coming. They covered every piece of our furniture and other belongings in plastic to make sure nothing got dusty. And they did such and amazing job installing the windows and doors. You can take one look at them and see that the work was done by professionals who take pride in what they do. These guys were so courteous and polite and professional. And to top it off, they were so FAST. Oh, and my house is actually a bit cleaner than when they came. WOW!! One of the most important things to me is communication, and Renewal by Andersen is excellent at this as a whole company. They stayed in touch with me every step of the way and any questions i did have were answered promptly. Over all, this has been the best home improvement experience we have ever had. Thank you Renewal for working so hard to make this such a smooth process.

We were very interested in the Andersen windows but were very unhappy with the Renewal by Andersen sales presentation. We asked for a straight-forward bid, but the sales rep started out with a high estimate ($87K, "how does that sound") and proceeded to lower the price several times to finally arrive at an estimate of approximately $50K+tax. He did not give us a written estimate, did not offer his business card, and said the price was good only if we signed a contract that day. He was quite testy by the end of the appointment when it was clear that we would not be coerced into signing a contract that day. No one from Renewal by Andersen ever followed up the first sales call. We got bids for window products from two other companies and ended up having Andersen 100 windows installed by another vendor for a total of $27K

Salesperson was well prepared and offered a great product. Then the very very high pressure close came. We ended up placing deposit to get "the deal", then cancelled. Salesperson did cancel check promptly, but the high pressure and cost were absurd

The team was punctual, professional and kept us informed in every step of the project. We were vary satisfied with the results and would hire them again.

with an average of $3,500 per windows it would have costed me more than $100,000 to replace all the windows in the house. With those money you could build or buy a house 20-30 miles South of Seattle.

Overall, we have found that everyone at Anderson has been very professional, positive and interested in going the extra mile for customer service and doing a quality job. They were not the least expensive option, but we went with them because of their reputation for quality and their expert, professional removal and installations. Installation is one place other companies appeared to cut corners by using subcontractors or inexperienced help and we did not want a failed installation to damage the house. Communication from everyone in the company was proactive and helpful. A job like this is never without glitches, and there were a few relatively small ones for us. But everyone worked hard to make anything that came up, work out for us. Only one of the windows was an easy replacement. The other three required skill, experience, and patience to install properly. The team that installed our windows, Justin K and Cody G worked hard all day to make sure the windows were installed and working correctly before they left. They also cleaned up, vacuumed and took all the construction debris away. Except for the new windows you would not know they had been in and out of our house all day. Justin and Cody went out of their way to meet our needs and make the installation process go as smoothly as possible. Andersen also includes extensive and comprehensive guarantees on their windows and installation. Something else that did not come with other cheaper alternatives. We look forward to a cooler summer and warmer winter on the southside of our house.

Very efficiently. I already had Anderson windows upstairs from an earlier remodel and I've now notice increased savings on heating bills.

Quality of product and installation was excellent. Took some time to complete project, were several logistical problems getting correct parts and getting them installed, but overall we were very pleased with the end product .

They did an amazing job, on time and on budget. Beautiful workmanship. We were delighted with results.
