Renewal By Andersen of Washington

The crew with Renewal by Andersen were extremely professional and courteous. Chris J. and Lyle G. were communicative and hard working. They were respectful of our time and home by communicating where they wanted to work and set-up and approximate the time it would take to complete their work. They set up drop cloths and zipwalls to prevent dust on the first day in our living room. However on the second day when installing our kitchen window they did not protect the cabinetry or set up a zip wall to minimize dust, leading to us having to wash many of the dishes that were in the cabinets and wipe down and wash off many small appliances that were placed on the other side of the kitchen. They mistakenly took one of our drop cloths that we were using to keep the windows covered between days of work and when we contacted them they confirmed that they may have mistakenly took it but didn't offer to return it until we asked. We still have not had it returned. We would definietly recommend this company as they were the most responsive and professional individuals we have worked with while renovating.

Very smoothly, this was the second time we've used them. Not Cheap, but you get what you pay for.

When the windows arrived (have to be shipped from the Midwest): the installation went on for a couple of days.

Replaced about half the windows in the house. The Installers are so neat and clean you can hardly tell they have been there. I had a screen issue after the fact and they replaced it asap at no charge to me. I write this years after the installation. The windows are good, tight, easy to clean. I highly recommend them.

The work involved a large formal living room, dining room, and the kitchen. The setup, workmanship, and cleanup were excellent. Our team of Chris V., Marcas, Ryan M, and Zach were pleasant, efficient and responsive to all our questions.

Paul and Bryant were consummate professionals and top notch craftsman. The few glitches that developed were handled quickly and with no fuss. They took all the precautions necessary in a strangers home to leave nothing but good impressions. If I still had my remodel business they would be working for me now. Great workers are hard to come by but these guys are the real deal. The windows were also everything advertised. They look great and have already made a noticeable difference in cold spots that were an issue have already disappeared. Transferable lifetime warranty backed by a name like Anderson adds resale value and piece of mind. Worth every penny spent.

Super high pressure car salesman pitch. I had gone in knowing it would not be the cheap option, but I was fine with that. The final bid landed about 30% above my expected high end, but the process to get there was insane. Between the cheesy heat lamp and cutaways and the magic price reveals which just so happened to neatly fill the page I got really frustrated with the process. It was neither appealing nor professional. When I got the final "sign today" BS I mentally wrote them off. I like a **** of a lot about the product and process, but the sales side is such a turn off I'm almost certainly going to find somebody else on general principal.

Lincoln and Osvaldo did a great job on the installation. Great result!

We knew your product was stellar but the people on your staff are truly 5 star as advertised. Our Sales Person David D. was so easy to work with… no hard sell … just education and understanding. We are Seniors, wanting the best but really stretching a dollar as best we can. David understood and worked with us to make the best decisions we could using our budget. The fellow who came to measure the windows (sorry I forgot his name) was so knowledgeable about the product and gave me such good information about the windows and about how to prepare. He helped us make trim decisions because he too knew the product AND the process. Our crew was respectful, helpful, hardworking and so skilled. It was amazing to watch them work. Had a great experience from start to finish with the folks at Renewal by Anderson. This is not our first experience having workmen in our 60 year old home. Our salesman let us know exactly what to expect, and Renewal by Andersen delivered. The idea of 13 windows in 2 days made me skeptical, but that is exactly what this job took. Ryan M. and Zack C. (joined on day 2, by Bryant) worked their magic to deliver 13 windows, expertly installed. They were so kind, professional and friendly (and considerate of my pesky, little dachshund). The perfect ending was a beautiful clean up! Already, we notice the difference in heat retention and noise reduction!

Excellent. Sales was informative, quality measurements were taken, fabrication was shipped. Installation was prompt, complete and clean. would favor working with this crew again for second batch of windows.

I wish I could give more than Five stars to the crew who did my windows (Lincoln, Estabon, Brandon). They went the extra mile for me. Since I work from home, I needed them to do my office window one day while I worked out of my temporary office. Then they could do the other window the next day. They kept all my interior protected and clean by covering everything in plastic. They had to work around a hot tub on my deck, and did so without damaging the cover! They even accomplished the job 1/2 day early! I would not hesitate for a moment to use them again. They have my highest recommendation. The entire process was a positive experience. Starting with Sarah, my sales rep. She thoroughly answered every question and concern I had. Betty, my project manager worked around my schedule and was able to make a change I needed after having final measurements. I was kept well informed through the entire process.

From our initial estimate from Audrey, to the Tech measure with Paul, to the installation with Waylin and David M our experience was top notch. Audrey helped us find the windows and doors to best fit our need, and dug for discounts and deals to save us every $. Paul came out to make sure all the windows fit perfectly the first time. He was also very thorough with his questions to make sure the windows and trim were exactly what we wanted and trimmed tastefully. Waylon and David M were amazing. These gentlemen were not only fine craftsmen but proved to be very trust worthy, and very helpful considering i had every window in my house replaced. Fit and finish was spectacular, and even though they are pricey I feel well worth the money. Waylon spent part of the last day attending to every detail making sure I was 100% pleased with the install before they left.

We contacted Renewal by Andersen of Seattle and scheduled a consultation. Our Design Consultant, Curt T., was knowledgeable, thorough and completely professional. Over the past forty years we’ve dealt with several home improvement contractors. What I appreciate about the best of these has been a stellar reputation, excellent communication from start to finish, and company integrity. I also like to see a company which values its employees, and employees who are positive about their company. I like to see employees who enjoy their work and take pride in individual workmanship. I am impressed when I see a “Do it once and do it right” attitude. I expect to be informed if any “issues” arise, since they almost always do. I like to sense a commitment to excellence by everyone I deal with, on the phone or in person. Value is always found in the details. I like to see a respect for both my time and property.
