I am loving my new windows. RBA was admittedly one of the more expensive options I priced out, but I am super impressed by the quality. I was very comfortable throughout the whole process, understanding key differences against competitors and finding the best windows for my home. My install crew (Oz and Stephan) was wonderful. They were super communicative around what they were doing and seeing throughout the install, working hard, while keeping a friendly and positive attitude. They were very conscious of leaving my home in a comfortable state each night.

Took the plunge and had all 24 windows and both sliding glass doors replaced by Renewal by Anderson. The old windows that I had were failing badly and really did need to be replaced. We are thrilled with the quality of the product and although the installation took slightly longer than expected, the results are superior. Lincoln L. & Matt Q were our main crew and not only do they do extremely high quality work, they kept working each day to get things done and get them done right! Great guys to work with.

They did an amazing job! Quality installation and product. They protected our home from dirt and debris. Ryan, Darren, and John did an amazing job. Prompt and courteous. We will use them again.

From the beginning of our project we knew we were in good hands. For the install, Ryan M. and Todd met some challenges with our wiring and some Dry Rot. They found solutions for us and our new kitchen window looks like it has always been there. Ryan M. and Todd were always on time, great communicators, steady working all through the day, so respectful of our home, leaving everything spotless. We are now considered other windows. Andersen makes an excellent product.

Renewal replaced our two bow windows with flat casement windows. Despite the cost far exceeding competitor windows, we chose Renewal for reported quality of product and service. The actual windows and screens are satisfactory (keeps conditioned air in, blocks sun heat. One window lock stopped working ~3 months post-install, but this was fixed by them under warranty). The selection and installation processes, however, were regrettable. Selection: energy efficiency topped our priority list in selecting our new windows. After much back and forth with the sales rep, several "refer to the EPA website”, and finally reaching out to the Andersen engineers, it turned out the numbers the rep provided were incorrect. The rep also used high-pressure sales tactics which resulted in poor color selections. Our existing exterior trim is painted a cool white. He recommended “canvas", warning that “white looks too much like vinyl” and “the difference is subtle”. We had some initial misgivings, and drove up to the showroom to view samples in person. We decided to go with the rep’s recommendation; after all, he would know his company's product better than us, and billed himself a “design consultant”. Unfortunately, “canvas” is in fact a warm custard-cream color, which clashes with our existing exterior trim. Perhaps the rep thought he would lose the sale if we had to consider the pricier dual-toned option. Perhaps he thought we would hate the mismatched windows so much we would immediately leap to replacing all our remaining windows to match -- double! triple the sale! -- except that “canvas" also clashes with the entire exterior body of the house. Either way, we cringe every time we look at these windows. And the thought of painting/subsequently maintaining the fibrex -- which we chose/paid a premium to avoid -- is just maddening. As for the installation: pleasant, hard workers, but subpar for the exorbitant price. The job was slated as a 1-day project. This turned into 2 days (due to insufficient tar paper) with 2 subsequent return visits (due to sloppy work -- the new interior trim did not lie flush with the wall. They also cut too large an opening around the old window, so the new trim did not meet up with the drywall edge, leaving an unseemly crevice between the trim and drywall). Replaced siding matches nicely with the existing, but they left nails sticking out of the soffit. They put down mats to keep the area clean, except one of the two workers kept walking through the house with dirty boots even after being asked to wear covers. He also ignored/forgot our request to avoid trampling newly reseeded grass. Perhaps it was difficult to see, but our house painters (working at the same time) had no trouble avoiding these areas. Last but not least, we wanted to install inside-mount shades. The installers recommended against this, stating that the trim would collapse. Several months (without blinds) later, Renewal sent a new rep who found a 1-2 inch gap between the trim and the headers that the original installers had filled in with foam. He was able to remove the foam and reinforce these areas to allow inside mount shades. This work took an entire day. We are very grateful this was eventually done...but it begs the question: why not do it right the first time? We suspect jobs like this, to be done well, either require more manpower, more hours, or both, and the installers may be kept to an impossible schedule. Communication started well, however they changed our project manager without notifying us, so several attempts to contact the original manager went unanswered and delayed completion of the project. Overall, quality and service did not meet expectations. We do not recommend Renewal by Andersen and are looking elsewhere for our other windows.

I had all the windows in my 1950 vintage house replaced, ten of them with the exception of those involving the front and back doors, they will get done later by Renewal by Andersen. All the shades were also of the same vintage and were also replaced. I had gone through the process of talking with the Renewal by Andersen’s very knowledgeable design consultant Taylor Smith, set up the appointment, yes there were a few seconds of “should I do this?” but I knew I would regret not having the windows updated. There were some events that arose creating a conflict with the first dates Dawn Nielsen, the Renewal by Andersen Project Manager, and I had set and she was wonderful in moving the install date only two weeks away. Dawn called later to let me know there was an opening in the Renewal by Andersen install schedule which was very nice of her. I declined due to scheduled events but it made me think the entire Renewal by Andersen team is truly looking out for my best interests. On the afternoon of the day before the scheduled installation the Renewal by Andersen truck arrived at my house, Jeremiah and Jeff, the installation experts, said they competed their previous project and they wanted to know if they could have a look at my project. They looked, took a few measurements and asked if 7:00 O’clock was an acceptable time to get started. Yes was my reply. Their return the next morning was 06:45 to get set up to start at 07:00, and when they were ready they asked me where I wanted them to start. In the master bedroom, which can enable chasing the shade around the house during the day. July is hot and chasing the shade is important. The ancient steel framed windows came out. Every time a window was removed I was surprised to see what was out there. The original windows were so riddled with small panes and bracing and in combination with the ‘storm windows’ that had been added in the 1960's or 70's the windows functioned as heat sinks and let light in but visually, not much there. The three double glazed windows had all failed and had an old, white, opaque film on both panes on the interior. Then the Renewal by Andersen windows went into the opening. Astonished, amazed, and gleefully joyous, this visual treat was what I had been missing since I moved in to this old house. When the windows in the master bedroom were installed Jeremiah and Jeff were on to the other windows and as Jeremiah left the room he said I would notice that it will be quieter too. I hadn’t thought about that. And as if the universe knew, a large truck rolled by at 40 MPH and it was significantly quieter. A huge grin grew on my face and I felt like a kid in a candy store with a thousand dollars! I followed Jeremiah and Jeff around the house and after they were complete installing the windows I would hang the hardware for the shades and when the caulking had set enough, I simply clicked the shades in place. Perfect! Every single window had the same kind of realizations as the old was replaced by the new Renewal by Andersen windows. The bedroom in the southwest corner has always been the sauna even with the old windows closed, shades drawn it was extremely hot. It was so effective I used it as a heat source in the winter months, it worked well. After the new windows were in, I noticed immediately a reduction in the temperature. The astonished, amazed, and gleefully joyous feelings I was having were coming in waves with each new window replaced. Jeremiah and Jeff were an excellent team they laid drop cloth and covers over anything inside the house and outside on the ground to catch all the destruction and construction debris. They had obviously been Renewal by Andersen installation experts for some time, both knew what needed to be done next and they worked efficiently to accomplish the task. Each window was set precisely and secured very well. When done the installation had the appearance of being an original installation. These men really knew what they were doing and knew how to do it extremely well. Having worked myself in the construction industry for years I have experience in the industry. By the end of day one, they put in a long day, there were only two windows remaining to install, one was the largest, an eight foot by four and a half foot old steel window. My first night in the house with 80% of the windows replace was quite, cool and with black-out shades in the bedrooms the street light right out side the window did not matter any more. On day two Jeremiah and Jeff completed the installation of the two windows and cleaned up everything inside and out. Jeremiah walked through the house with me explaining the function of each window and how to install and remove the incredible stainless steel screens that are visually invisible. I felt like a million bucks! In the next 24 hours I have come to appreciate the ability of these windows to repel heat even more. The second night at about 9:30 pm I thought I would open the windows to get the gentle breeze flowing to reduce the temperature inside as I usually did. When I opened the first window I felt the heat pour in from outside, it was actually significantly cooler inside than outside without having run the air conditioning at all during the day. Again, I was extremely impressed and that astonished, amazed, and gleefully joyous sensation returned with a big smile. Thank you everyone from Renewal by Andersen that helped in my project and thank you Renewal by Andersen for having such an incredible product. The next house I have built will have Andersen windows.

Our experience with Renewal by Anderson was great overall. Our installers (Cody G, Leo, Jesse, and Oliver) were amazing to work with and did a fantastic job! Our sales person and the measurement person were at odds on a couple of things that ended up leaving us hanging a bit but our scheduler, Betty, did a great job making sure we were happy with our windows and the install. Betty rocks!

Although very expensive (the Windows) the service and quality of product and customer service you can't beat. I give them A+++++ for that. The whole experience with Renewal by Anderson has been top Quality. Starting with Roger F (sales/design expert) who spent a lot of time with me going over what options were available. Excellent service and very professional. The Tech Measure with Wylan again very professional and very informative. Excellent service. With Permit questions and Order support I had excellent and professional help with Reggie H and Corey E who helped support me all the way through. They were available for all of my questions and very supportive and responsive. My project manager Betty C has been wonderful as well. Then came install day. Original estimate was 1.5 days. Cody G and Leo H were right on time and very hard workers. They were very professional and friendly and made the experience run so smooth it was almost like they weren't even there. They worked diligently and straight through and got the job completed in no time at all. Took them about 6 hrs. They left my place cleaner then it was before they arrived. GREAT experience and they made sure I knew what to expect from my new windows. I will ask for them again when I have saved up enough to get the rest of my windows replaced. Summary: The windows are expensive but the Quality/Professionalism and whole experience makes up for that in every way. This is a great company and fantastic experience from all departments. You couldn't go wrong..

Was unsure of project as we have never undergone something this big.. Professional service from start to finish from our salesman Jesse C to our project manager Amy R. Stayed in contact with us till our crew arrived . and when our crew did arrive I've never had a better experience. Our crew was led by Ryan M, assisting him was Derek C, Brock S, David M and Darren A. They were incredibly concerned with every step starting with making sure all areas were protected from dirt and debris. They were polite, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. The people at Renewal by Andersen were wonderful from the sales, project management to installation. Everyone was polite, friendly, very concerned that I was getting all the information I needed to purchase the type of windows that would be the most useful in my home. The installers Cody G, Leo, Justin K, Curtis and Thomas were all prompt, very polite, knowledgeable and did a great job of installation and cleaning up the area in and outside of the house. Justin did an awesome job with the finish work, making sure I was happy with the results. I can say that I am very happy with the final results and would recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows.

Ryan M. and Derek came to our house to install a new sliding glass door to our deck and a kitchen window. They set up very professionally. Putting down covers to carpeting, kitchen flooring and covers to furniture in the area of their work.. We were very reluctant to get this work done as it meant cutting into our house of 42 years. After all was done and they showed us how everything worked we were so happy we had this done. They are master craftsman. They were so good at cleaning up, you never knew they were here except for the wonderful new door and window.

The whole process from end-to-end was first class. The sales and project teams were professional and communicated well and promptly. The installation teams were also professional, expert and tidy. A special call out for the various teams: Josh (Sales), Waylon (Measuring), Kevin (Project Management), and installation (Gerado C, Dylan, Tyrus; Caspar, Jessie; Gerado C, Buddy). Would we use Anderson again? Definitely.

I wanted to say from the moment the sales rep walked into our home we were so excited to be getting new windows. Everyone on the team was so friendly and was there to answer all of our questions. I must say that the crew that come to install the windows, Brock, Dave, Vince, Dylan, Chris and last but not lease Marcus was the friendliest and happy going guys you could imagine. It was a fantastic experience. We have a 30 year old log home. We had been wanting to get new windows for several years. Saw the commercial for renewal by Anderson...became interested. Liked that they do all the work... they don't contract out any of the work. The installers Ryan M. & Tyrus M. did such an amazing job. A log home can be a challenge, but they did everything they could to make every window perfect. When they were finished with the job they left everything immaculate. I would highly recommend Renewal by Anderson to anyone looking for replacement windows. The money spent was worth it...the windows are beautiful.

Went great, Gerardo and Tyler were awesome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done in a timely manner and really made sure all the little details were completed, and then cleaned everything up. Would highly recommend the company and product to anybody.

The entire experience from a visit to the showroom to discuss replacement window needs, to purchase to estimate to scheduling to installation was a great experience. These folks are customer-centric. They stuck by us as we encountered some structural challenges with the larger window and schedule a second visit to complete the install within a few days of us requesting it. Best experiences were with David in sales, Estimator (don't recall his name), Betty in scheduling and service and installation with Michael, Justin R and Stephan O. Very professional and Highly recommended.
